I was not very happy with this public storage. They kept going up in price. The hours were to short and the manager kept billing the wrong credit card. I finally got it cleaned out on February 21st so I didn't have to pay another 155$

This review is only because the gate box is extremely annoying!!! The box is placed on your driver side of your vehicle, leaving you to exit your car. I think about my safety every time I'm there. Good storage prices, decent location. Corp plz put the code box on driver side of vehicle it's only logical.

This was my second time using Public Storage for storing my household items /furniture during two very important times of my life. When I was moving from one place to another the Public Storage on Beaver Ruin Road, and more recently, the Public Storage off of Arcado Road (21901) were awesome. Thanks to Taylor who was very hospitable and helpful in securing a bigger unit and also thanks to Eva, the Property Manager who was also very accommodating. They are a great team and if I have to store any furniture again or any household items, Public Storage will be my number one choice!

The one star is because its a zero. Too scary and unsafe at night. Poorly lit, something out of a horror movie. The manager Eva is a 10. I ended my storage and moved to extra space, its like night and day too. Very professional and over represents public storage. Like what kind of company has a stellar employee and dumps them in a hell hole facility.

Quick and honest sign up process with notable customer service. Eva was very friendly and accommodating.

Eva did a great job with providing disclosure and safety tips. She also advised me to add dryer sheets to my sofa and love seat with the couch covers I purchased. She explained how to use the kiosk system very well and provided us a good fair warning about the tree presiding near the storage unit. I understood her clearly and was able to feel comfortable with my belonging in storage. The storage space was just right and if I reorganize things I may be able to add more items later. This location is close to my family home in Snellville which is good for me. I plan in taking time to look at more houses in the area and try to find a 3 bedroom space for around $1200 or under. Glad I ended up at this particular location. It was a quick process since I did my quote online and only needed to confirm my details in person. All I needed was my ID, Debit Card for payment and lastly, my final decision on if I was okay with the unit. “All of the numbers seemed to align.”

There's never anyone there to take your payment and they charge late fees unfairly and if you call to report it or try to remove it, the manager is just as rude and disrespectful and very unwilling to help. Not a "customer" driven company at all.

Eva is the absolute best. I've never used storage before and was very unsure. She was awesome and very hospitable. Explaining everything and making sure our new life transition started off great! Go see her if you're in the area.

Love the helpfulness of each of the attendants who've assisted me in what began as a rough transition. Having comprehensive explanations throughout the process is key in minimizing such customer service complaints such as billing expectations. Eva (my initial host) walked me through the process, and left no confusion as to what to expect in the current rental as well as plans for additional storage at another location. Customer service is MOST key. I'd give 5 stars, but aside for value for the price, and conscientious service, I did find a few major oil stains in my my unit, which the attendant, Eva, made note of to avoid drama upon my account closeout. Also, I just happened to be placed in a unit lacking power to the overhead light outlet, so I use a battery powered floodlight, but the typical customer may not be so ready. Unlike some other storage facilities, a gate code is generated by the system, thus making it a pain to keep up with yet one more pass code for something, but with my identification, each of the attendants (Eva and Tim) were ready to help get me through.

Avoid this place please! Rented a large unit a few months ago at a great rate. Found out today there was a $40+ increase on the monthly charge. Absolutely no notice was sent informing of the increase. The office staff is pleasant. Corporate and billing is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be fair, when I first moved in I had a wonderful experience. The property manager was friendly and professional. Fast forward three years later and I think it just wasn't her season. Due to an error on the fault of Public Storage I ended up wasting a considerable amount of money. To say the least the PM wasn't as helpful as she should have been. Now Maya was AMAZING! Not only did she not just say "sorry, I can't help you" she listened diplomatically and efficiently handled the situation to the best of her abilities. She wasn't able to solve the problem, but I still think she's absolutely amazing.

The entire experience was a great one. Liz was very helpful and accommodating to my every need. The complete process from reserving online to move-in was simple and efficient. Best of all the pricing was definitely affordable. Thanks Liz and Public Storage……

I've just rented a unit at this location. I rented hear in the past. At that time Liz was property manager then also. She is very helpful and well informed and a pleasure to deal with. When ever my wife or I are on that property she makes it a point to stop past to see if there is anything we may need. There have been other people on the property before( don't know their job titles) that we worked with and it wasn't the best experience. If Liz wasn't on site this time, I wouldn't have rented here. If for some reason she left I don't think I would stay. In this day you do business where you feel welcome not just an account number.

I just would like to say if this will mean anything to Corporate, I have in life meet many people, but my experience at your Arcado road storage has really been a blessing for me. The customer service there is superb. The young lady Elizabeth is always polite and very pleasant to be around. She was very helpful in helping me and my son with our needs. So I just want to thank public storage for hiring people like her to deal with customers when they are happy and when they are angry. Even though we may be upset at times the way she keep a smile and encourages you is awesome. I think the company should do something very special for her as an employee. Just my Opinion< but it's the truth.

This Public Storage has great customer service and they make sure that their customers feel important. Liz is superb in the way she handles her customer care calls and the way she shows concern for her customers. She is extremely polite and tries to work with her customers to find ways and solutions that best fit their needs. I can appreciate being treated with respect and kindness from any place I do business from and Liz's positive characteristics and services to her customers is a rare and she is an asset to Public Storage! Thank you Liz for being one of the better part of Public Storage!

Hello Everyone, I have been with this storage unit over a year now. The customer service is the best. I love Liz spirti! She is always friendly smiling and eager to help. I also love Brian he is such a gentleman. Always ask how my unit looks, whether its clean or do I have some concerns. Brian was very nice and helpful and he even remembered to call me a few times to remind me to pay my pro-rated bill so I don't incur a late fee. He even called up to the day the fee was due. I selected this location to store a classic automobile because it is close to home. I have dealt with the manager, Liz, a little but most of my experience has been with one of the employees called Brian. Brian has been very responsive to any of my issues. He reponds quickly or checks with Liz or even the district manager. Brian conducts himself in a positive professional manner.
