Nick provided me with outstanding customer service. Exceptional customer service. Phenomenal customer service. You dont get that ANYWHERE nowadays. The self service is easy and the whole place seems well maintained. Nick was very patient with my questions, had a great attitude, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The whole place is so clean that I’d be comfortable picking something up AFTER the five second rule. S/o to this place and s/o to nick. My small apartment cant hold all my stuff and this place provided me with what I needed for the PERFECT price.

Felicia is always so nice and professional This location always have someone in office unlike the other locations. It’s always clean as well.
I don't like having to go into the store but being greeted by Felicia who is always pleasant and friendly makes it not so bad. I appreciate how professional and polite she is with me and my babies whenever we come. This is a very clean facility and the decor is also nice to look at. I love the ground floor and where it's located. I will definitely use them again if need be.

I had a storage unit with Public Storage and this is a new facility. Clean and had no issues with the time. My key broke on the first try but it come with two keys.

Recently went to this location to store some stuff for moving/storing family stuff and was assisted by Nick E. throughout the whole process. Very professional, helpful, and explained what payment and contracting would look like. Even went out of his way to address my concerns on mildew buildup when I asked, so that was a plus. Highly recommend this location thanks to the very helpful staff and the clean and professional establishment.

Felicia assisted me and was very very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She has the most outstanding personality and makes you feel welcomed. You can tell she really loves her job because of how clean the facility is as well as how she showed us around without a problem. She went over everything with us and we made the decision to rent there instantly due to how well she interacted with us. Excellent location for storing my stuff, staff are friendly and it's easy to get in and out. It's a very new and therefore clean location, only smells are the smells of fresh paint.
I can't comment on price because I'm aware of the practice of constantly raising the price that storage unit providers often use.

Been to a few public storage places before and this one by far is the cleanest one with such a nice lobby! Nick was great help, got me set up very quickly and he was lovely to talk to. Definitely would recommend this place!!
