This used to be locally owned, which I prefer. I've had a storage unit(s) here since 2006, so they knew me very well. Recently I downsized to 1 unit from 2. I stopped by the office to tell them. The office lady said it was being logged in and everything was cool. Well, about week later i get a voice-mail telling me to call them, its about my storage unit. That kindof made me nervous. I mean, what could've happened to my unit, right? Well, nothing had happened, thank goodness. They called to tell or ask me about which unit I vacated. Some other employee(s) had said that I vacated the one that I had not, so they were wondering why my lock was on there, or something. But, once i spoke to the lady on the phone, she remembered me telling her which unit I had left. It was all good, it just irked me bc it made me all nervous for a bit that something had happened to my stuff.
Nice clean place and staff are really pleasant. Helped by a very attractive tall Eastern European man named Sven. Service was impeccable and all my needs were met. Thank you once again to the beautiful sir that helped me. Will definitely be coming back again!

PARBATEE IS THE BEST! People like her, are the reason why I choose to do business with this company. This is a HUGE facility, and this woman runs it by herself. She recently got me set up with two 10'x20' units for my belongings. She took the time to get me two units that were relatively close to each other, and saved me about $100/month...versus what I was paying at another PS facility in Marietta. I really appreciated her professionalism and patience. It was HOT, the day she walked me around the property, and she did it with a smile on her face. I got moved in with no issues, and I am a HAPPY customer! THANK YOU PARBATEE!!!

Great Staff and affordable prices
Best in Gwinnett. We have 2 units here for over 10 years. It is secure and clean. Once I had a problem with one of my doors and they fixed it THAT DAY. No wonder they expanded and added more units. They do it RIGHT.
