I made a unit change and Carlos, the manager at the lawrenceville georgia location, made the process so easy. I moved to a air conditioned unit and i am so happy. He saw I was moving my items by myself so he came by to check on me and offer help. He keeps the units clean. And they are really budget friendly. Just know what your need is and I am sure they have something that will work for you. Call Carlos if your near lawrenceville. Otherwise get that stuff out of your garage or car trunk and get it into a storage unit. Thank you Public Storage

I was just at the location nobody there at the front desk at 5:00pm. I just wasted gas and money the front door was lock. I spent a lot of money to get a storage and yall don't have nobody at the front. Get a new property manager. It's say on your website open from 6:00am-9:00pm change the hours if your not going to have someone at front desk to help customers.

I went to Public Storage on 459 Buford Dr., the service was very great. I was able to find the right size storage that I needed when talking to Maurice. He has excellent customer service skills.
The property manager is nice and helpful but public storage’s policies on rent increase is terrible. I have been with this property for almost 4 years and have never paid late or missed a payment. The price increases are so high. It’s ridiculous that I can go online as a new customer and get my same unit for half the price. Terrible customer care and terrible business model. I would rather spend the money and move my belongings to another company’s property than pay the ridiculous price increases.

The young lady who works there I believe her name is Rasheda has amazing customer service skills. I came in just to make an inquiry and she was very polite and more than happy to help me. Her spirit is pleasant and when I ready to rent a unit I will definitely be returning to this location. I hope management is treating her well because good workers are hard to find.
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY. I got a new apartment on December 18th, 2023 so I went to remove my items from storage unit #722 . All of my items from my previous apartment had been in the public storage unit since December 2022. When I retrieved my items in the unit, my moving company found a large amount of droppings on my boxes. When I opened the boxes in my new apartment there was an infestation of roaches in almost every box. I had to throw away thousands of dollars worth of items. I reached out to public storage at this location and they got me in contact with a third party insurance company that they use and I still have not gotten reimbursed for all the damages and the claims representative LaSandra Ebhodaghe has been ignoring all of my emails. very unprofessional, I will never store my items with this company again and I am warning anyone else who was thinking of using this company.. DONT.

The lady in the office there has an attitude I went there about 9:18 and I didn't have my gate code so I went to the door she couldn't be bothered to tell me they didn't open till 9:30 although the website says 9. When I finally got inside because my gate code didn't work she said you have to put a star before you type it I told her I was having a bad day several times she gave you ugly looks. So if you would like somebody who has a bad attitude to wait on you then go there.
RASHEDA (Property Manager) IS THE BEST!!! This young lady is phenomenal at her job. When I got there, she was on property doing maintenance, and she came up to help me.
While she was en route, another customer came up to the door. He had a reservation for today at another location, but no one ever came to the door. He stated that he was outside of the door, for over an hour.
I let him go ahead of me, as my reservation isn't until next week. Rasheda got on the phone and called that customer's location, and got them to confirm that they were going to come to the door. He left, a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Now...on to my reservation! I need two 10×20 units to store my non-running project cars. Their property is very steep, and their units have curbs that are 1"-4" tall. Pushing a car uphill and over a 2" lip ain't happening. I was ready to give up, but Rasheda used her critical thinking skills and thought of another location that may be able to help me out. She called the other location and confirmed that they could accommodate me. They said they could, and sent me their way. It also turns out that they are RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOUSE!
I visited that location and I am all set.
Rasheda needs to be in a leadership role with Public Storage. She provided exemplary customer service, and she represented her company well. She proves that customer service isn't dead.

My issue was quickly resolved by the district manager and I appreciate him for contacting me promptly.
This place is ridiculous. I won an auction unit here and went to pick it up the same day I bought it and the place was closed. Nobody answered any of my phone calls. I waited in my U-Haul for 30 minutes in case anyone showed up but no one. I even had to call corporate number so they can try and reach whoever manages at this location. Corporate returned my call and told me to come the next day since nobody was on site. I showed up next day and same issue. I ditched the unit. Very unprofessional. I will never buy here again. I will let everyone I know know about this horrible experience.
Precursor I cannot remember the names but I know their initials so bare with me. I have had storage units elsewhere and this one is by far the best. The staff is so helpful. The manager (R) has a great location! It was her day off and she still answered for the girl filling in for her (L) (she said her primary store was Duluth?) and their district manager C and another woman K, between the the 4 of them they solved my problem and absolutely made my day! They were truly helpful and L did everything she could to make my reservation go well. I feel so safe being there. Whenever I go the property is always nice and clean. I don’t have any worries at all when I go no matter what time of day it is. I have nothing but good to say about to this storage facility.
Im a business owner and like to have secuity.Some one hit my truck and witness saw who did it. They have 2 camera one way in one way out. They lied and said cant fine it on camera. Also they have homless staying in storage. I dont recommend public storage. Extra space storage is the go to
I was very disappointed with this company, rented a space on 6/30 and had to move out by 7/5, and they would not refund my money, I paid close to $200 for a parking spot for my trailer and they would only give me 10$ back.... what a joke this company is... I don't mind paying for the 5 days that I had the storage for but this is ridiculous.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I have to give it a low rating due to the constant increase in storage fees. When asked why I have to have insurance through them I was giving different answers finally I was told you don’t have to have it through them. In two years I have paid $6078 in storage. The price continues to rise. Not sure if this is the market rate but this is in sane!
