Sorry that 1 star came up but my experience was excellent and the lady was very helpful.
Today (05/08/2026) I had the pleasure of being served by Shenekia Mosley. My initial reaction of the facility when I entered was that it was very clean. Ms. Mosley, with her bubbly personality informed me that her system was down, however, that did not stop her from providing excellent service. She used all her resources (ie: contacting different locations to inquire about spaces & availability) since she couldn’t do so on her end. Ms. Mosley took the time to show me different storage sizes, until I selected my desired size. She also assisted me with booking my reservation online for my desired storage. Her fun but professional service is one I won’t forget easily. If you are looking to rent a storage, I hope you get the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Mosley. She turned what could have easily been a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend this storage & her services to anyone.

Just left the office, Christina was so nice and friendly, made me feel so welcomed. The property was very clean. I would definitely recommend this storage to others
I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful facility today with the property manager, Christina. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The property is spotless, well organized and maintained. I can't wait to move in!
