I had an excellent experience with KIARAN. I am so Happy 😊 that I came here. I had a bad experience with the OTHER location, something told me to try this last storage space, and I'm glad I did. Kiaran was smiling, happy to help me. She made my attitude I had already go away. She was patient understanding and very helpful. She showed me to three different units with a great big smile on her face the whole time. I don't know about you all, but I felt like I was shopping for a house. She made me feel safe for my things to be here. While tying to unlock my 6x15 unit I cut my hand on the handle of the unit and I was tempted to leave the unit altogether. The on-site property manager KK apologized and even gave me a bandaid and offered to upgrade my unit to keep me from leaving the unit. I was appreciative of her help because the process of accessing the unit provided was difficult. Her generous customer service and the upgraded unit for my hand being hand was enough to suffice and continue being a customer with Public Storage. Great way to turn a tough start into an excellent ending!

I want to say that Kiaran is great! I had a transfer and needed a bigger unit. She was sooo helpful even though she was ill she was still attentive, kind and explained everything well. She was upbeat and professional even when l changed which unit l wanted...She said "no problem, that's what l'm here for". l could tell it came from a true kind heart and not just a business slogan. I love the service we received.

Kiaran is awesome! My unit was ready to go and very clean. Which is more than l can say about higher costing storages nearby. I was in and out with my new rental and packing my stuff in 10 min. She was professional and polite. I am definitely sticking with Public Storage! I'm a happy camper
