Leya was awesome! I hadn’t been to my unit in quite some time and she was so patient and kind. I’m extremely appreciative because you don’t get that kind of customer service very often anymore. I’m extremely appreciative of her. Thank you!

Great customer service. Greeted so kindly by Leah when I moved my things into the unit. I thought I had lost my keys or was using the wrong key another time and Leah offered to go with me to the unit to help as needed. The key worked but I was so grateful to her! That is excellent customer service not to mention how clean she keeps the buildings!

I truly appreciate the service I received from Sandy. She was very professional and helpful, she listened to my situation and helped me solve my issues with ease. Public Storage needs more employees like Ms. Sandy!

He truly went above and beyond by keeping his word and following up with me exactly when he said he would. It was wonderful talking to him and working together to get my account sorted out. If you need storage, go see Detrek—he provides top-tier customer service!

When this facility was Cube Smart, it was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Unfortunately, since it became Public Storage, the experience has been completely different. The first issue was that our monthly rate nearly doubled with little to no explanation. To make matters worse, they’re currently advertising the exact same size unit online for nearly $100 less than what we’re being charged. When I finally got someone on the phone after trying for a week, the representative had no answers and didn’t seem interested in finding any. Now it’s gotten even worse. I’ve been trying to contact someone for almost two weeks with no success. No one answers the phone, there’s never anyone at the facility, and we’ve left multiple voicemails that have gone unanswered. It’s been incredibly frustrating. While the property itself is clean and conveniently located, customer service is just as important as the facility itself. It’s hard to feel confident storing your belongings somewhere when you can’t reach anyone if you need help. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Public Storage. The facility may be clean, but the lack of communication, accountability, and reliable customer service has made this a very disappointing experience. Charging loyal customers significantly more than you’re advertising to new customers while providing virtually nonexistent customer service is unacceptable.

I agree with the previous post. The owners are completely unresponsive. They don't answer, don't return calls and are not in the office. I was there at 3pm and left without getting a unit. I guess they would rather you take your business elsewhere.

Cubesmart experience was great, but the new Public Storage owners are completely unresponsive. Trying to contact for a week. They never added units to my existing PS account online. They don't answer, don't return calls, are not in the office. Not sure how they expect me to pay.

Storage facility clean and conveniently located near my home. Pricing promotions are pretty good but insurance is a bit much imo. My main reason and deciding factor for choosing CubeSmart is really because of Anna. She is extremely professional and personable. Her customer service is excellent and you can see she truly cares about her job and her customers. I felt valued as a customer and if she treated me with such care, this is the place and facility I want to store my belongings. I feel as I’m in good hands. Thank you. - Brandon

CubeSmart Shelf Storage in Alcovy Rd has been such an amazinggg storage center for me! I appreciate Anna and Brandon’s welcoming and kind hospitality that they’ve shown since I’ve first walked in needing a quick and cost efficient place to store my belongings. The location is nice and they make sure to upkeep on the property, very organized and nice storage center!
