I had such a great experience with Jaquita at Public Storage on Hamilton Mill in Buford! From the very beginning, she was absolutely wonderful—so warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and even brought up important things I hadn’t thought to ask. I never felt rushed; she really took her time with me and helped me feel confident about my decision.
Honestly, her outstanding service played a big role in why I chose this location. The unit itself was perfect—clean, well-maintained, and in an ideal spot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jaquita, for going above and beyond!

Booked my rental online! It was a very smooth process. The app is also very helpful, making payments seamless and access easy. The team member Jaquita was very helpful and attentive when I arrived for the first time to use my unit. Insanely easy process from reserving to moving in. The facility is brand new and very clean and well kept so far. I imagine it will stay that way. The carts at the loading doors are much appreciated for help with moving items in and out. Also the price for the size unit is great considering all of the options that are nearby. The app is so easy to use especially with gaining access to the building. Very happy so far!
