I’ve had a unit at this location for quite sometime and have never had any issues with the unit, property and most importantly the staff. On more than one occasion, I have fallen behind on payments and even though many options are out of their control, they do their best to reach out to you and see what’s going on. Always friendly and do not make you feel belittled for your situation. The manager, Keisha was truly a life saver this week, down the wire- she stayed by my side until I got caught up. Overall, no one really wants to have a storage unit but if you do and there is space- go here!

Rent is really high compared to other place right down the street. The building are extremely hot during the day because there is no ventilation. One of the offsite managers I spoke with lied about a few things. I don’t know guys name but he manages more than one location. I spoke to him in person. He lied about the monthly price and lied about notifying me when a unit comes available. I finally had to ask them about it. Apparently they hold units indefinitely for certain people instead of prorating and just renting it out. Overall it’s a clean and secure property. Sometimes the bathroom door is locked after office hours so you will need to get creative.
Love the people that work here. They come out and give you the coldest water ever. These ladies are really great they literally call to check in on us thank you guys for being so nice

I really do appreciate Kay and finding me a unit that met my needs when I first moved in, but like another reviewer mentioned, rate increases every 2-4 months is excessive. We just moved in April, 2026 and by end of July 2026, there was an almost $65/month increase in the rate. Having to move is an expensive cost in and of itself, but once you get NEWLY situated in a place and are just able to 'breathe again' and then --- have to suffer 'another' financial burden after you're still recovering from the first financial strain makes you look elsewhere. You expect rates to change 'at some point', but doing that to someone who 'just walked in the door and hung their hat' seems really 'money hungry'. I even tried to call 'customer service' to see if they could work with me for long term storage solutions with locked in rates that would not change and they seemed 'rude' and 'quick to dismiss' that option and end the conversation. We also asked the front office here directly if that was an option. They mentioned the manager would reach back out and we never heard back after leaving them our contact info. Just FYI - We have never been late on a payment, so when they refuse to work with 'good paying customers' that ensure they get paid on time ---- every time --- each month, that says something. They offer you a good rate to get you to move in, wait until you get in, get established and then raise the rate, ---expecting ----you to --- not----have the means to move again. In fact, they're 'banking' on it. Literally. They know you've just moved and know that was a hefty cost in and of itself, so they're counting on you not being financially able to do it again. It's dirty.
We've made arrangements to close our unit and have sought storage elsewhere that was 150% willing to work with us on a long term locked in rate solution clearly specified in our lease so we can ---- truly --- rest easy...
Public Storage can't say we didn't try to see if they would work with us. We did try. They refused. We looked elsewhere, got a sweeter deal and we're moving on...We moved once, we can do it again...Moving to the new facility is saving us over $500 in comparison to what we would have had to pay here estimating that they would increase the rate every 2 months by $90 - $100 each time. Moving to another facility would give us substantial savings and peace of mind knowing that we're truly locked in elsewhere and the rates won't change for us ---at least over the next 6 months, which takes us into 2027 without having to stress about rate increases...
The person at the front desk was very patient and kind when the gate wasn’t working for me to enter the property.

I moved In a week before the first of the month. Had only had the storage for 7 days. I was Charged 128 for my storage unit then when the 1st of the month hit i was Charged again. 6months into having my rental space prices went up yet again. I’m renting a 10x10 theres absolutely no reason why i should Be charged 189$ for it. This company is capitalizing off of peoples short comings

First off let me start off by saying this, this is the absolute WORSE storage place to store anything! My storage unit was rearranged not once but twice without my permission! My account kept being charged different amounts every month, and then would have the nerve to credit me instead of reimbursing my money back. I’ve made multiple complaints about this place. Now that I have received my items they have mold on them! I am livid and disgusted! Instead of worrying about me you should’ve been making sure your facility is clean and a safe environment! This place is nasty! My things weren’t in there 6months and my stuff is damaged!!!!! Property manager Kay is not a trustworthy, honest person. She lied to me multiple times and kept overcharging my account. She gave unknown people permission to enter my storage unit!!! Bad horrible place all around!

If storing long term do not go here! They just auctioned off my unit that contained over $6000 worth of stuff for a measly $940 but honestly I am to blame because I should have paid them but didn’t receive a letter or phone call stating they were selling my stuff usually the at least gave me a date . I am disabled still waiting on disability to come through and have managed thus far. I’m so pissed at them and myself because honestly they could have did a better job reaching out to me since I have been with them for over 4 years . I called to see if I could get my personal items or see if they would contact the buyer to try to buy my stuff back but of course haven’t heard from them. That unit was the last of what I had after the terrible affects of Covid and 2 automobile accidents where I was hit by drunk drivers and still haven’t recovered and I did my best to keep it but to no avail I failed miserably. How do you put a price tag on someone’s personal possessions photos, birth certificates gifts from your children and grandchildren and these people don’t even afford you the opportunity to get those items. 😭😭😭

I’m currently renting with this location and I just wish that I had did research before proceeding. My month rent has almost doubled what I suppose to pay monthly and I wasn’t given any explanation to why they’ve literally raised my rent AGAIN 2 weeks before it’s due with no explanation. They tried stopping by to speak with someone they are never open during operations hours. I’ve tried called multiple times during business hours my call was literally foward to voicemail every time I tried calling. Called today and the phone just rung. I’ve been with this location for about 6 months and my rent has doubled and I’m unable to get in touch with them this is RIDICULOUS and I’m upset because I feel scammed. I would NOT recommend this location or even company at all I will be searching around to move my things to a better storage company.

I’m paying for a “climate-controlled” unit. The temperature has been almost as hot indoors as it is outside each time I’ve been there. When I chatted with an agent, they basically said in the agreement it says they don’t guarantee temperatures. If I wanted my things stored in sweltering hot weather, then I would have gotten an outside unit!
I’ve had my unit for almost 5 months and they have sent me an email that my rate is going up. So I guess they can change the rate up whenever they’d like?! Bait and switch! I chose this storage company because of the rate that was advertised. I’m currently looking for another company to have my brother move my things. Such an inconvenience!
They clearly read the reviews! If you notice they only respond to positive reviews and ignore the negative ones instead of trying to resolve the issues!

Unsure why there are so many positive reviews. This location charged me for insurance that i never purchased, and has continued to charge me after I moved out on the set move out date. I am unable to contact anyone or get anyone on the phone but that did not stop them from repeatedly harrasing my with phone calls about when I was moving my things in and they even called to confirm the move out date which i adhered to. Avoid avoid avoid.

My stepfather passed away so I very quickly had to get my parents things moved out of their home and into this storage unit. When I went to get a unit the alarm in the office was going off over and over and the man working there seemed so confused like he didn’t work there a lot and took forever to get me set up.
He told me he set me up on autopay but a month later I was told my payment was late. I explained my situation to a woman that was working there and she showed no empathy for my situation and told me my request to waive the late fee would be denied.
I sat in my car and called corporate and they were so kind and empathetic and quickly let me know that they’d be happy to waive the late fee for me.
I don’t understand why I couldn't have received the same level of courtesy from the front desk staff at this location.

Man I rarely do bad reviews, but this is so disappointing. I’ve been at the storage facility since 2012, literally 9 years. From 5x10(2012 2 months for $45 increase to $55 before I got a bigger unit) to 10x10 (2013-2017 from $62-$84). I upgraded to 10x20 from 2017- current at a rate of $163-$311) I complain about my rates in 2020 of August when it was at $240. I got approve for a decrease to $210 for 11 months, then jumps back to $240 and now $311. I just gave up on asking because i barely can get an answer at times. I’m on autopay so I never miss a payment. Stay away. I’m trying to find another storage place now with better rates and I’m seeing 10x20 at other facilities going for average of $169 and some are other public storage and some are not.

I told them that I would come 930am Sun 24th, I am here along with another person, it is 948am, no one is here. I have so much to do I will probably leave @ 10a. 😐

I have been with this storage for 2 years through this tough pandemic and they have raised the rent by $50 every 6 months. After 2 years I asked them to consider lowering my rent and they won’t. I don’t know the owner who lives in this location but they are rarely open during office hours. This location has a poor availability and if every late they don’t waste any time to cut your lock. I would not recommend this storage company to anyone, there much better out there.
UPDATE: I am giving them another star because since my complaint I have received assistance. I was discounted for 1 month of the year. And since going to pay my bill, some one has been present to hemp me.
