Rented a storage locker for a motorcycle. Never used it after renting for 3 months. Cancelled storage and went over to take lock off unit. Two lovely women in there helped me a bunch and took great care. Folks at front desk are lovely and very nice to deal with.

The facility and staff were very nice. The only issue I had is that I spoke on the phone specifically regarding pricing for a particular unit size at multiple locations and they never mentioned that on top of the base cost is a required insurance policy that is charged monthly. I am of the belief that each individual should be responsible for their own insurance coverage of their belongings and should simply sign a waiver to keep liability off of the storage owners. And if it is the storage facilities insurance, they should factor that into the cost of the unit instead of springing on the customer once they are already there.

The manager was friendly and honest. We spoke a few days before and when I came back, she honored the agreement that we spoke of. Facility is clean, no clutter.
My overall experience with extra space storage has been amazing for the year and an half where my personal items where stored. No kind of bad business on their end, everything was pretty much informed since the first day I moved my things into storage. The pricing stay consistence throughout my period there so that really helped out a lot. All and all I would recommend checking out extra space storage for any short term to long term storage needs. Great business without the hassles...
I rented my drive in space on the website and it couldn't have been easier. The instructions were clear, and the next day when I actually went to the storage space it was clean and ready for me. Super smooth and easy.
