I wanted to thank Dori for the amazing customer service today 12/5. I was searching for a facility to house my 21' Phoenix Bass Boat. The particular unit is a 16×25 with a very wide door and actually there is ample room to maneuver it into the facility. This facility is amazing and clean.
I think Carolyn and Annette are awesome what a great team work they are always helpful i will recommend all my moving customers just because of these two young ladies they always work hard for the customers.
The unit was very easy to reserve online. It is very clean inside and nice. The issues to be aware of:
1. They charge you $20 for a lock unless you show up with your own and only then will they not charge you.
2. They mandate you use their insurance and give you the first month free. Then charge you $20 a month for only $5000 in coverage. That is highway robbery. Of course they say you can get your own but then scare you by saying most homeowners dont cover it and then you have to prove yours does.
3. Directions to your unit are lacking. I was assigned a unit in the D building. Good luck figuring out how to find it. None of the doors are labeled telling you which doors access which units.
4. Only had one cart in a building with over 200 units. Really?? Had to go to a different building to get another.

Cheryl the property manager is a great worker. she has witness me being in a not so good mood several times and was able to be respectful of my feelings and understanding why I was upset and the several times I have been in that state of mind she stayed professional and kind. She has always accessed the situation and explained why things was like it was and I appreciate her for that. She is a hard worker and I'm sure customers like myself can be difficult at times and I apologize and that's more the reason why I'm doing this rating on her. She works under pressure well and tries her best to help customers, she is appreciated. Thank you Cheryl for all you have done in my difficult situations.
