I’ve recently been experiencing a financial hardship and was only able to pay less than the amount owed. I called customer service and spoke with a representative who passed my information on to the district manager; I received a call from Manny the same day! Manny was extremely patient, had a kind voice, and offered to waive a fee for me. After the storage was paid, I received an email the next day saying my rent decreased! Thank you Manny for your listening ear , your kind spirit, and empathetic heart😊

I’ve Been Renting A Space At The Dale Mabry Location For Some Time Now And The Service Of Dell Is Unmatched In The Storage Facility. Dell Is Always There To Offer Assistance, He Remains Busy And Keeps The Building Clean & Functional. He’s Typically (Actually) The Only Staff I See At That Location And I Think That Speaks Volumes About His Work Ethic And Consistency. Great Job, Dell!
