I needed a place to store my motorcycle and called after the office had closed and spoke to someone who was very helpful and I was able to get into a storage unit right away that night. This is the second time I have used this company. They are convenient and emphasize safety. They have limited access hours but that prevents anyone lurking around late at night. We have been renting here for almost two years. I have dealt with several different managers in the 24 months that I have used this location. Ben has been by far the most helpful manager I have encountered here or elsewhere. Ben makes sure we have whatever help we need and goes above and beyond. He makes Public storage look as good and professional as a manager can the problem is most managers won't take the steps necessary to help their customers. Ben goes the extra mile and then some.

I’ve been renting a unit at Public Storage a few months and for the most part, one storage unit is pretty much the same as another. It’s semi-outdoors and reasonably clean and fairly priced. I’m very satisfied my payment options and the hours are relatively decent. It definitely does the job and I’d recommend this location to anyone.
There’s a young girl who’s normally behind the desk when I go, and she is an absolutely ray of sunshine. I don’t recall her name, but she’s such a sweetheart and I enjoy chatting with her whenever I get the chance.
The manager, Ben was a GODSEND today. Talk about above and beyond top tier hospitality and customer service?! It can be rare to find people who love serving the public, but he told me he likes his job and I believe him! Super grateful to be treated like a human being and not a number.

This is the first and only storage unit I have ever had and the staff here are incredible especially Ben!!
He is always very professional, extremely helpful and informative any time I have a question or situation. He has gone above and beyond when it comes to his customer service, being genuinely kind and a joy to interact with when I stop in to my unit.
