I have used this location for more than 5 years and have even had my daughter store her things here. Most important factor is that they have “Ada” who I believe is the manager there (if not she should be). She knows the customers and she treats it like it’s her business. Very committed, responsible, friendly, polite and trustworthy. Never have I had an issue here. As long as the owner keeps his prices from going up and keeps Ada, I will be there soon to rent another unit.

The property manager Aida was really helpful. Went above and beyond the call of duty. I made an online reservation for a 10 x 22 unit. I got there and found out it does not fit a vehicle because the door for that particular spot is too small. She showed me what else she had and though it was too expensive for me she looked in her system to find out if other locations had what I was looking for

I arrived at Public Storage at a quarter before closing time. Ms. Ada assisted me and ensured I secured the storage unit that would fit my needs. She went far and beyond her hours. When I walked out of her location it was 30 minutes after closing. She patiently listened to my needs, from what I revealed she was able to determine which unit would suit my needs. She even looked at a unit that would offer me the best discount for the first month as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking to store their belongings.

The online and initial telephone contacts were adequate and easily negotiated. The on site experience was much better, namely to the property manager, Ada. She is friendly, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable. She guided me easily through the entire registration process step by step, and then took me to my rental unit and demonstrated the essentials of accessing the property, my unit, and the security measures. When Ada was done, I was absolutely ready to go with my rental unit. Ada has been at Public Storage for 13 years and has mastered all the in-and-outs of customer service. Ada is truly a major asset to this branch.

Total comfortable experience. the woman Ada, in the office, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. she made all the paperwork transition smoothly, with details of everything in the process. Can't stress that phase of the operation enough. As for the facility, I have two storage units and a parking spot. I feel comfortable and safe on the property. Absolutely terrible. I left a center 23 foot CC there for a few months and the tree hanging over their property ruined my boat. What BS. for the money its going to cost to fix this problem and the tinny space we had was a nightmare to park the boat. NO GOOD FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE.

The person who assisted me, Ada, was extremely helpful, informative and always in a good mood, even though the computer system of several Public Storage places was down when we first arrived. The space I rented is enough for my needs and all went well.

The Property Manager, Ada, is exceptional. Not only extremely professional but courteous and with a smile. In the current times, customer courtesy and attentiveness is not always the norm. We were in a bind at 4pm on the last day of the month with a huge truck full of items and coming from Palm Beach. Ada took care of us in a flash.

Wow...a friends boat was being stored at the property. They were out of town.. Ada ( a total sweetheart) Contacted him with a problem with the boat collecting water over the canvas covering. I was able to take care of the problem thanks to her noticing it. Thanks Ada for running a tip top ship :)

Winsy is awesome. After 2 years I removed the lock on my unit and he called me imediately next morning asking whats going in. Concerned PS employee!. Winsy advised me to come in so I can vacate the unit properly. When I came to the property I was informed that I will be getting a refund for the rest of July after today. Since I was on auto payment I was just going to take a hit of 51.40 which came out on the 2nd but Winsy and Dan the district manager took care of me and gave me a refund (it's it's the mail for 2 weeks but still). Thanks so much. Awesome customer service at this property!

Customer Service Agent Ada was most helpful even though she was at the end of what seemed a long and exhausting day. The heat was her biggest concern, using a cold water compress to mop her forehead but that did not stop her from offer a first class service. Within minutes of entering the facility i was handed a series of paperwork to sign for my bin and my 'miranda rights' read to me in a calm, assured way. Every line, every detail was explained to me in easy, understanding language, no doubt from years of experience on the frontline. She was thorough, a true professional. after driving around for two days, looking for suitable space, Ada was a God sent. Many thanks, Aubrey

Frankie at this storage facility has top notch customer service. She called me as soon as I reserved online to set up a move in time. Once I arrived she showed me the storage facility and we agreed it wouldn't work for my particular needs. She went above and beyond and directed me to another facility that would better fit my needs. She also called me to make sure I didn't get lost finding the second location. This is what customer service should be! I highly recommend working with Frankie at this facility.
