Sonnet who was working the front desk was very helpful. She walked us through the whole process of getting the app and she was very detailed in how everything works. I needed storage space for an upcoming move and was recommended to consider Public. Pretty easy process, all in all - I came on to the site and met with Kelsey, one of the property managers, who very kindly walked me around the property, and showed me a couple of units before I decided on one. She took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. The property itself looks pretty clean, and it wasn't extremely busy at the time that I came in.
Best storage solution we have ever used. Friendly staff. Always clean and secure. Would give more stars if I could!

Ryan with public storage changed my view on the company. After a billing issue with the systematic algorithm Ryan called me and got everything squared away. Initially I was going to leave but after Ryan called me and was very thorough trying to keep my service I decided to stay. I came in, determined what size and location was best for me, looked at a candidate unit, selected it, processed the paperwork, and was out of there in less than 20 minutes.
