Giving Amanda a 5 star. She is always extremely helpful and goes out of her way for us. We wanted to transfer into a climate controlled unit and we had found a deal for it online. She is going as far as calling up the chain to make sure we are not only getting the online deal, but also to avoid paying for both units as it's the beginning of the month. Most places/people would have you pay the whole month for a day or 2 over, TY Amanda for going above and beyond!

Polite and very informative
The facility is clean and convenient plus the personal customer service that I got from the manager. Sheila was fantastic. However they raised my rent by $40 after only a few months for no apparent reason so I called and then they reduced it back to its regular amount for the next three months. They were accommodating but I don’t feel they should’ve raised it in the first place within the first few months. It seems a little shady, but I guess that’s business this days.

I moved in during them renovating which was definitely needed and looks like a professionally maintained facility now. During this process I seen what others noted as homeless people being evicted.
Kayla the manager addressed our concerns at the time and everything she said was being done seems to be taking care of. Kayla was professional and kind during my interactions with her. I’ve never had an issue not being able to reach staff when I wanted to. Thank you.

My experience with the storage facility is that the unit is large, the locking mechanism is a little bit of pain to deal with. But thats all not having anyone there at reasonable hours is also a issue 6am to at least 8pm 7 days a week would be nice 👍

This place is a dump! Monthly charges increase ridiculously every year then there are fees on top of that!
I have an outdoor RV space and it’s just awful!
Trash placed under my RV, trash leaned up against it, trash all around it! Yard waste piled all around and gross items such as used feminine products, food wrappers, empty soda cans, etc.
This place is a pig sty! I will be moving my RV as soon as I possibly can! I would NOT recommend.
Easy check in and out! The worker, Ms. Lisa was very kind and attentive! She even made a courtesy call when I accidentally left my lock keys. The employees are very helpful, this is a great storage unit for college students!

The service is great and I really like the fact that it is so secure. I live in Wisconsin and having a safe place in Florida for my late aunt's things, until I can come get them, is very important. The only reason for the 4 stars is the account portion of the website. I can't log in and there is no option to start a new account. I need to change my payment method and can't because the site doesn't work. This is not the fault of the on-site staff, they are wonderful.

Service was absolutely amazing! Lisa was extremely helpful and patient with my college student. She ensured that we were aware of the policies and move out information. She even helped us plan our move out. I would definitely recommend this storage especially to college students who need a clean place to store their things.

Lisa was able to get me a 10x10 climate controlled unit in the midst of all this hurricane Ian mess when I was running out of hope. Not only did she have a unit available but she was able to get my next month free so I won’t have another payment until December. My house flooded so everything has been super stressful and she just lifted a big weight off of our shoulders. Thank you sooo much Lisa, we appreciate you!!

Rented a space for bike week 2022. Coming from out of state, I wanted to ensure I would have the space to park a bike trailer. The manager from the Ormond Beach location was very understanding and helped me through the whole process from picking the right size space to booking the rental.
