I absolutely LOVE the customer service that this location provides! I am a long-term renter here and Chere' and her staff have made everything from my rental process to any issues I have experienced smooth sailing.
When I call, my calls are returned; when something is going on with the unit, I am informed in a timely manner; even when I have rate increases (which I know she has no control over), she stays calm, even in the face of people taking their frustrations out on her. I really wish they would stop because it is not fair to her and life is already hard enough.
Overall, I recommend using this Public Storage and the customer service and knowledge of Chere' and her staff. Good business is going on here.
