It was ok. When I first got there, the unit they assigned me was already being used. Climate controlled but just barely, air was warm. They also raised the price on me after a few months.
How can I get a live property manager on the phone? I call the number online, it puts me in an automated system, I choose the option to speak to a property manager, it transfers me then goes right back to the system. I go to try the chat feature, for a billing issue, they cannot help me they set up an appointment for the property manager to call me the appointment comes and goes and no one calls me. I am not near the office at this time to just go there and I need to speak to someone about my bill as I am being overcharged. So question is how do I get in contact with a live person to discuss my bill.
Mary was a wonderful person to talk to at this location. She understood all my inquiries and was able to assist me without any problems.

Never seen anyone on property. Today Brandon was there and he was really nice. Even got me a water while I was unloading stuff. Liked that there was a real person on site.
Simple to sign up and move in. Competitive prices. Video chat kiosk available if you need any help. Much quicker process than other storage units I’ve had in the past.
Aweful mangement who ever run this store is God aweful only good thing that they did is do something from another store taking care of business if I could give a negative score I would do not go to this complex the worse luckily not there boss I fire them all
