I had my unit for 5 months before they raised the rates. My tiny unit was 40$ when I rented it. It then moved to $90. They just hit me with another increase and it's $120. Customer service closed the chat on me vs. assisting. I'm extremely dissatisfied!

No one should use this storage company if they want any kind of customer service. I have been trying to set up auto pay for months and every time I call I get the same response. "I will send a message to the onsite manager." After months of this I have tried speaking to a supervisor, getting forwarded to manager, getting the corporate number and all I get is " I can't do that the only thing I can do is send a message." These messages have been sent as a complaint, and expedited and still nothing. Using this company has been one of my biggest mistakes when it comes down to how much trouble it has caused me. The whole thing is crazy. Why would you have one office that can handle something and no way to get in touch with them.
