This location may not have a physical property manager, but the office maintaining this location is just amazing!! Ebony has answered calls and even reached out to make sure that we are happy and that everything is satisfactory with out unit and the property itself!
We would definitely recommend Public Storage.

Shopping around for a nice, clean and safe storage unit can get really stressful, but when I stopped at this one I felt a lot more at ease. There was actually an employee there that I could ask questions to. Her name was Kathy and she was really nice and answered all my questions, she even helped me with the kiosk inside. The place was really well kept and I could see that she was the reason . When I left I felt much better and the stress was gone. Thank you Kathy for making this a nice experience.

Space was the size i needed. Access was easy and Price was Right. Very clean.

The transition in ownership from Neighborhood Storage to the larger Public Storage is marked by a serious deterioration in customer service. Strongly advise NOT using auto pay, or turn off autopay and delete debit/credit card data prior to vacating your unit. Public Storage seems to have a "Pay us now; if we made a mistake we'll refund you later" attitude.
If vacating your unit, be sure to not only turn off autopsy BEFORE you vacate, but use their phone app to give notice you vacated, immediately follow up with emails and phone calls. Otherwise, you may find yourself billed rent even after you've left and told them you left.
They charged me a whole month in an automatic payment that nobody told me it was set up. I call the number to ask for a refund and answer a person I couldn't understand then I went there to talk to lady on a screen so she can tell me I signed the papers for it.
Update: They gave the money back cause of this comment.

Never will I deal with these people again. They take your money in seconds, but if they owe you a refund, they either keep it or insist on sending you a check - to an address you moved away from. All business is done impersonally - they can ignore you all they want. Never Again!
We love the location, love being able to use the app to gain access. Our only complaint, is our unit slide latch was so stuck when we first go it that we needed a prybar to loosen it so it would open. We also have to wash the floor of our unit as it looked like the previous person have sand bags or somthing leak. Other then that it's a nice place..lol
Wow can’t say this enough.. DO NOT RENT A SPACE HERE! I put my fifth wheel here for only ONE MONTH. In the span of 27 days... someone with a semi hit my camper and left a huge gash in the back and moved it 2 feet! Called to get camera footage to show the police and never got a response back. There are no actually humans at this property so it makes it very tricky to get a hold of anyone. I removed my fifth wheel from the property ASAP on 2/6 and WAS STILL CHARGED A FULL MONTHS worth!! No one ever contacted me about the damage on my vehicle! They don’t care about your property at all here and the cameras on the property are clearly just for show.
