Beware. They rented me a mini storage unit and charged me for climate control. Somewhere along the way, the air conditioner stopped working, but they continued tocharge me for climate control knowing it wasn’t. Pursuing legal remedy.

Yesterday, she showed me the property, the difieren units available, explained the sizes, how everything works. Also, she walked me to my car with her umbrella… it was pouring. I have reserved another storage unit. But I came back today to Mitchell location because of Lisa. Today, she helped me do all the paperwork, set up my auto pay, and placed the lock on my unit. She went over the insurance, the unique characteristics of the lock, and provided a lot of information. Lisa thank you for your patience and kindness.

She is simply outstanding and worked hard to correct a billing issue in the Public Storage system that I simply could not get corrected in spite of numerous phone calls to the customer service portal. Lisa took on the task, made multiple phone calls and followed up with several people to get my account corrected. She is attentive, easy to work with and is a true asset for Public Storage.

Stephanie was great, I caught her on her way out but she quickly turned around and took care of my rental needs. The only downside is the moving carts are a little small, but otherwise experience has been great.

Stephanie was just wonderful! In this day of lacking customer service she went above and beyond the call of duty. I walked in and walked out with a unit and feeling thankful.

This place rises the monthly expense about every 3 to 6 mths. That puts them way above inflation. beware of the rates offered at first. And the ones that rise the rates are in an office and never let you knowcor answer for haven rised it. Beware of this shandy place of business.

Most of my experience was pleasant, however the closing of my home changed from 8/31 to 9/2 (which was beyond my control) and they would not pro-rate me for the two additional days that i needed. They made me pay for the entire month ($150).... I even tried talking to their regional manager "Manny" and was told the same thing. It's unfortunate that they wont work more with their customers as moving is already expensive and that money would have been useful for other things. YOU CAN KEEP DELETING MY REVIEW BUT I WILL JUST CONTINUE TO POST IT... AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. People need to know what to expect from your business.

I recently had to change over my things from another Public Storage and it has been a pleasant experience. The storage facility is clean and orderly and Rob at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed late helping me establish a new unit and he thoroughly explained every step to me along the way. When it came time to moving our things he helped with our furniture that was too heavy for us and took the time out to unload our very full cargo van. Thank you for great customer service!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Cathy. She was very helpful & took care of my storage needs. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

It was quick and easy. The on site manager, Kathy, was so pleasant and professional . She helped me decide on my needs without trying to upsell me. Units were clean, no problems with keys or gate codes. I do have one small but minor complaint. When I realized I was going to need a second unit, I was on property in the back so I opened my phone browser and got what I thought was the local number. The person that answered said yes she was on site, so I thought the manager must have left and this person was in charge. I told her I needed another unit and did I need to come to the office now since I was on property and I didn't want to leave my stuff unsecured. She said that was fine and she said someone would come back to where I was with the lock and papers for the second unit. I waited for quite some time before I loaded my stuff back onto the truck so I could find out why no one had came. Well once I got up front I found that I had talked to someone in the call center and they never contacted the on site personell, in oither words the call center lied to me. In the end, Kathy took care of it all and I am now 100 percent satisfied with the units and the on site personell.

Kathy in the front office was very helpful when I was talking to her about our recent rate hike. I mentioned that I had been using this Public Storage facility for over 15 years. She appreciated my business and talked to her bosses about giving us a rate reduction. Two days later she called me to tell me that our rent would be reduced by 25%. Very nice.

I've never had a reason to get a storage unit until now. I only chose this place because its super close to where we hope to be moving. Candice was the person who helped me and told me up front what fees to expect. Nothing hidden and i appreciated that. Husband told me to book a large unit and after seeing it, i think its way more than needed. She was super helpful and said we can change units no problem. I recommend!

I was only in there for 2 months. In that amount of time there was roaches and not to mention a wasp nest IN my unit. I didn't bring any boxes into my new house in fear it would get infested. I am glad i went that route bc as i am unpacking I find German cockroaches in my boxes. That's just craziness. Thanks so much!!!

Super sweet and friendly desk service! I lost my lanyard that had my keys on it somehow and they filed a lock cut, but they waited to see if i found my lost keys first. I never found them, but they went ahead upon my request and now i have a new lock on my unit.

My family and I have used Public Storage several times. I have to say this last time was amazing for me. My family and I were moving out on Friday. We were also moving from our home. As we know how crazy that can be. I drove over to my unit on Friday to close it down. Only to notice the my key was lost. Also I was on a time frame to get it done. Asking the sales reps out front. They told me they had no one available. I told them I understand. After that not knowing what to do next. The sales manger had pulled up in his car. His name is Manny! I was truly happy to see him. He saw was upset. I asked him if he could help me. He told me no worries I am hear to help you. After hearing that I was so happy. I just want to saw thank to Manny and his sales crew. We rented 2 storage units for over 2 years. Lori was always helpful, and greeted us with a big smile. She worked with us on various occasions, and made things work out to the best of our advantage. The prices can fluctuate unexpectedly though, and they are a bit on the higher side, but it's a very safe and clean place so it's probably worth it. I guess the "you get what you pay for" saying would apply here:)

LIARS!!!!!! LORI told me when I first signed up on the 8th of the month that as long as I was out before the 8th, I would not be charged for the month. LORI flat out LIED to my face!!! My entire family just moved from Augusta, GA to New Port Richey, FL and we're staying with family for a few months while we search for a place of our own. We loaded up the U-Haul and made the trek with all of our worldly possessions rattling in the back. Knowing space would be tight at the in-laws, we looked around for a highly rated storage facility and discovered Public Storage. As far as storage facilities go, Public Storage is one of the better places I've seen. The office was clean and well lit and our storage unit was spotless. What really stood out, though, was the service. The representative that handled our check in is named Lori and she went above and beyond to help us transition our lifetime accumulation of furniture, knick-knacks, unwanted gifts, and old memorabilia into a snug 10x15 concrete box. Lori gave us great advice on how to protect our belongings from the elements and was extremely friendly the entire morning. On the whole, Public Storage is just another storage place like any other. You can rent a small metal garage just about anywhere. What really makes this place stand out is people like Lori, crushing every aspect of customer service. Nice job guys.

I go to the auctions every month and Lori is one of the best managers around. This property is soo clean and secure. The service here is tops. The prices are great and there's a ton of packing supplies if you need them.

I went to get a unit but did not find the size that fit my needs. However, I was enchanted by the reception received by Lori. I wanted to stay local but did not want to pay too much for a bigger unit. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone I know who needs a bigger unit.

An excellent experience - the office staff was so helpful. We felt our valuables would be kept from weather damage, plus the security was wonderful. We have used several Public Storage units at different locations. This is one of the best "welcome's" we ever received from the staff. It is very clean and conveniently located for us. we were happy to secure a unit that is perfectly sized to hold our "stuff." Having moved to Florida (via Europe) from Wisconsin, it took us a while to get used to the concept of not having attics & garages to store extra "stuff". With the help of Public Storage we've made the transition smoothly. High marks for this facility from us!

Was shopping the options for a new storage facility and came upon the Mitchell Blvd facility. Filled out my specific interests online and it seemed I didn't even pull my hand up from the enter key and Michael was on the phone to answer any and all of my questions. I visited the facility, viewed the space and was so impressed by the overall product, price and customer service - I made the decision to move to this facility and secure my space a good 20 days prior to my absolute need! What a trooper!! Lori was defiantly under the weather, she hardly had a voice but not once did that stop her from doing her job.
