Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 6613 State Road 54, New Port Richey, FL

Lost a customer. Asked for multiple attempts to view the unit. Agent said that was not possible, and I needed to make an appointment. Instead of making an appointment she reserved a unit in my name.

Vivi was outstanding in directing me toward securing a unit that will meet my needs and allowing a transfer from a smaller unit to save money. Mark had also helped me in the past. Best storage experience ever.

Lisa helped me with signing up for a storage unit. She was fantastic. She showed me the space and was very patient. She thoroughly explained the process. Lisa also has a wonderful smile. It was a pleasure working with Lisa. Thank you public storage for having an employee who knows what she’s doing.

Staff is very courteous and kind, buildings and units are very clean, plenty of carts to easily move your stuff in or out and great security!

Lisa is EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME! So sweet and so kind and easily walked me through my unit with such easy and clarification!! Highly recommend!!

Unit and facilities are very clean. The unit I got was absolutely perfect for what I needed! Pam was very helpful and answered any questions I had. 10/10 recommend.

Although I have only been a customer for a short time, my experience has been very satisfying. The facility is very secure but easy access for customers. The staff is very professional. They set me up quickly and provided all information needed which allowed me to store my belongings immediately. I highly recommend this location!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Update . two conversations with the district manager of this problem and still employees do what they want and let the doors stay wide open. Already regret moving in.no soap in bathroom for days. Assoc allowed cust open all door to climate controlled. Movers moving like turtles and storage is already warm They need better mgmt. It's not that hard to enter your code to open a door or to use the app.

Pamela “saved the day”! My move took two storage units. One access code worked the other didn’t. Today we came back to finish the move at about 5 pm and again the access code would not work. We were able to speak with Pamela and she quickly and efficiently solved the issue. The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very courteous. There is no where else to store your treasures but at Public Storage, 6613 S. R. 54, New Port Richey, FL. THANKS PS LOVE YOU 😍

Management is allowing movers to leave the air conditioning.Climate doors open for hours which makes it hot inside. Is save your money going here. TERRIBLE MGNMT. Let's start with Vivian.She is very rude, disrespectful.And she definitely should not be in a manager's position.Or any position to customer service. Then we should start with bill.Thank you (not)for having the movers Leave the climate control doors wide open It seems you're more concerned about the mover's Inability to punch in a code rather than the customer's payment for their climate control. Falling right in line with very poor customer service is the lack of hand soap in the bathroom . this is been going on for 2 weeks now.Period we get the story that keeps getting stolen. You're required under Florida code to keep it in there.Go down the dollar tree and buy a big box of it. This is when checking your bathrooms on a regular basis as required by law comes into play. Obviously.The district manager is not doing his job by allowing the facility to be run down the hilt. I hope for you.I'll say that when code enforcement comes in.You can prove the soap that you bald and prove by video that you have been replacing it. Otherwise you might be seeing some fines.

1 week in. Climate controlled could be better. Employees outside on the phone joking and laughing that there's proof that some of the bait from the boxes is messed with. TOILET paper out 2 DAYS, as well as the soap . this is a health code violation and since it is also only handicapped open , it is also ADA violations,well as Noone having 2 min to put tp locked in holder. PRIORTIES ARE LACKING MAMAGEMENT and excution. Your priority should be with your manager Having these checked firstthing every morning kept full with toilet paper and if you have to have a hundred bottles of soap in storage to keep it stocked up then that is what you need to not tell customers that the soap is out. And NOT ALLOW both roles or toilet paper go out. They should be required to check the BATHROOM Every hour and a 1/2 for supplies since They don't know their management skills.

I just got an email that they are raising monthly fee from 157 to 199.68. Are you serious??? As soon as we get back to Florida, we are moving!!! You guys are bunch of criminals!! The property manager is rude, too. Never answer the phone. Bathrooms are always dirty(or locked) water not working (watch the video for yourself). When we moved in, the elevator broke so we had to carry everything through the stairs. No customer service

Excelent to keep things

I've been renting here for over 2 years with no problems. Excellent available access times even after business hours. The Manager and staff are always pleasant and happy to answer any questions.

It’s a decent place. The gate entry is easy, and I feel it’s pretty secure. The missing star for me is that the climate control units feel just barely controlled and are still pretty humid. I know it’s Florida, but still. The hallways are also extremely long and narrow and to get into my building is a very high concrete lip which is terrible for using a cart with. You have to lift the cart(if you can) to clear the lip. Seeing as the nature of storage units is hauling in a bunch of stuff via a cart, some sort of ramp should be there to get in and out. Otherwise not many complaints.

I just rented a unit at this location, Miss Vivi assisted me she was very courteous, helpful which means alot when you are stressed out with moving. Excellent customer service. Will recomend this location anytime. Thank you Miss Vivi. Maria

Terrible service no one is ever there during the Google office hours. I got off early to show up to locked doors. Had to call the door number and have been transferred twice. This is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with this.

Super helpful staff and great prices

I was en route to the location when I received a notice of auto pay, was charged for full moth, and asked about a refund, was told no. For one day, I had to pay full month and have no access to unit. This company is woke, the employees have a nasty attitude aimed at customers.

Had a totally fine experience renting accept for when I was moving out the woman at the front was extremely rude for absolutely no reason . Oh and by the way , they pro rated me with no issue on the 1st so don’t let her lie to you. Call customer service. Get a better attitude !

THE WORST storage place you can possibility put your stuff in. The managers and staff and very rude. Word of mouth is everything. Need to clean house with your employees.

Everything was great about this. Place they even let us use their hand trucks and dollies when it came time to move out..

Very poor customer service employee let another customer in and locked the door as I was walking up to the door due to issues gaining access to the unit. Called customer service and they called while the employee was taking care of the other customer and he didn’t answer. Was told the store was closed. Update employee that locked the door called at 1750 to tell me he received a call from his boss to help me get in and he told me try again another day. After explaining that I needed the window unit for ac due to my mother in law having end stage copd. Very poor customer service do not rent here try another location

Not enough carts!!!

The space is fine, but none of your online systems to complete my reservation or even to pay the bill did not work. I received a text a few minutes ago with a link to give me directions to the location but when I clicked on it, it took me to an error page. Your online technology piece needs some serious help.

Not a lot of parking for loading and unloading. Needs to have an automatic gate for exiting.

Vivi was extremely helpful with questions and concerns that I had very knowledgeable.

Stored here for about 2 months. No issues. Staff was nice and courteous.
