SO UPSET! OK SO WE DID A RESERVATION AND GOT TO THE STORAGE UNIT AND WE COULDN'T EVEN GET OUR UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS COMPLETELY IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS RELATED TO MY ACCOUNT WAS THE EMAIL. SO HERE WE JUST PAID SOMEONE ELSE'S UNIT AND THERE IS NO REAL PERSON, JUST A KIOSK WITH A LADY WHO HUNG UP ON ME AFTER TELLING ME TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO GET IT SQUARED AWAY!! SO WE HAD TO THEN RESERVE ANOTHER UNIT AND PAY FOR THAT ONE AS WELL. SO A WEEK LATER AND ALL THEY TELL ME IS, " WERE WORKING ON IT!" NO REFUND, NO OK LET US GIVE YOU A MONTH ON US FOR COMPLETELY MAKING YOU BROKE AND WASTING HOURS ON ALL THE CALLS, PEOPLE SPOKEN TO(8) , ETC!! NO EXCUSES FOR IT!! IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED AND WHEN/IF IT DOES THERE SHOULD BE A PROTOCOL FOR IT, LIKE I DUNNO ...... MAYBE AT LEAST ADMISSION TO THE ISSUE AT HAND, REFUND, AND MAKING IT RIGHT!!!! NONE OF WHICH WAS AN OPTION!!!!
