I was stressed trying to find a secure place to store things I just wasn't ready to let go of. Then I met this beautiful woman Lynita who was so helpful. She was so professional and articulate as she assisted me in navigating the space that I needed as well as a price that was conducive for my finances as well as the space needed to store my belongings. It's hard to find good service as well as someone who doesn't seem irritated or upset to be at work. Lol Thank you Lynita and all seeking customers reach out to her if you have a need.

Ms. Lynita was truly a Godsend I was in need of a storage unit and I wasn't able to find anything from my budget and the size that I needed for my mother-in-law stuff. It wasn't a whole lot of stuff that we needed storage for it and something very minimal I needed took the time to help us out go over all the options that she had available on the Property walk us through helped us find something suitable. We had went everywhere and they were trying to charge us way more than what it was worth and then more than what we can afford so we truly appreciate her Public storage

Lynita is so kind helpful and professional. She reached out to me to sign my new rental agreement (I’m in New York) and noticed my rent went up on my account. She alerted me to the change and put in a request to lower it back to original amount from $93 back to $70. It was approved. I am so happy she called. She remembered I travel for a living and details about prior conversations we’ve had which made me feel valued and cared about as a customer. So far so good, I looked at storage units online as we are moving out of state but not ready to move everything, Public Storage seemed most suitable for us. I made a reservation online and Lynita called me the next day to follow up, I told her I needed to double check with my husband before completing the process and she was more than happy to call me back later, and also gave me the option to call her back sooner if I needed to - I really appreciate when businesses aren't clawing at the money in your pocket. She promptly called my back the next morning to follow up, and we got all the paperwork finished over the phone and my remaining questions answered. She explained how the app worked and the timeline of when and what to expect. I read the reviews for this company and it seems like most complaints could have easily been avoided by reading the contract in complicity and asking remaining questions. There was no hmming and ahhhing when I asked direct questions. Lynita was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend requesting her if you have had issues with previous services as she seems to be the one to get things taken care of. Look forward to moving in today :)
