One of my favorite storage locations in town. I recently encountered some issues with the lock on my unit. The gentleman who was on duty at the time, Elliott, was very helpful with resolving the problem. If you're at Public Storage off Holly and Evans, ask for Elliott.

Getting locked out and I made a huge mistake and tried to cut my lock off my unit because I misplaced my key and I ended up cutting the wrong persons storage lock off omg . I have two storage units at the Holly Street location, and the drive-up access is one of the main reasons I chose this facility. It makes things so much easier, especially because I use these units both for my part-time business and as a staging area for an upcoming out-of-state move.
But what truly surprised me — in the best way — was meeting Andrea.
I don’t usually expect much personal interaction at a storage facility. Let’s be honest: most of us rent a unit, move in, and rarely see anyone from staff again. That’s what made my experience with Andrea so unexpected and memorable.
Andrea introduced herself during a routine interaction, and from the moment we met, I was impressed by her professionalism, warmth, and sincerity. She took the time to let me know that if I ever needed anything, she was happy to help. Her approach was genuine — not scripted or forced — and it truly made my day.
The next time I visited, I found myself actually looking forward to seeing her again. She brings this calm, kind presence to the property, all while handling her duties with clipboard in hand, doing rounds, staying on top of things. The property feels more secure and better managed when she’s around, and that says a lot.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who goes out of their way to be kind, professional, and helpful — especially in an industry where customers don’t expect to engage with staff often. Andrea has completely changed that narrative.
Every interaction with her is a reminder that simple gestures, genuine care, and a friendly face can go a long way. It’s people like Andrea who set the bar higher for what customer service should be — and I’m grateful for that.

Dylan is the main man in the office. The storage facility is incredibly clean thanks to him, and he is top notch dealing with billing issues or anything else you may need. I highly recommend the Public Storage facility at 2025 South Holly St. Denver CO.

I've utilized this storage facility multiple times, and everytime I am thoroughly impressed with cleanliness and how friendly the staff is!
The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful. After buying my storage I stated I would return with my own lock directly the next day. When I wasn't able to he went out of his way to call me and let me know he put a store lock on my storage just to secure the couple things I had in there till I could get down there with a lock. I think this was very kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciate his help.
