Very disappointing experience with Public Storage! In this area , My valuable belongings were stolen, even though I paid for insurance. The security was poor, management did not properly help provide photos and videos to the police, and my claim is still unresolved. I have received no fair compensation for my loss. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this storage facility with their valuables!
Everything Thing Is Pretty Much Fair Other Than The Conditions I Mentioned, And The Sales Rep Who Referred Me To You Guys Were Very Helpful.
Very upset . I wasted the last of my money on a unit here to secure my belongings during the process of moving . I was gave a side unit where even the on site staff had a struggle opening it . It’s very janky and loud . It BARELY closes I spent over 30 minutes just on trying to close it . I spoke to 2 employees which both said I have to pay $20 just to move units which is ridiculous because I should have never got a broken janky unit to begin with . Once again I spent the last of my money the first time buying it . Horrible experience . Guess I should’ve seen the reviews before trusting this place .
Ohh my Gosh ive never been more stressed out after thinking my belongings are safe they tell me I need to vacate within a day! I assure you I was taking normal items to and from storage but they say I was loitering!. Are you kidding me thete are people litterly sleeping in their units and I get kicked out for sorting thru my stuff one day thete to long. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THETE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PLACES THAT ARE 24 7 IN Denver.
I never ever have they been so wrong. Blows my mind in in the hospital when I get the email my belonging were gonna be trashed of I dod not get them out by the next day. Yes people sleeping in them??? And I make a trip sort thru things and they say im loitering!!! At my own storage unit. Notice rhw dates below from my admin paperwork from the email sent feom rhe manager. 8/18 I was admitted 8/19 I was sent this email. I called seneral times and left messages a few times with no call back I finally checked myself out of the hospital to take care of rhis nonsense. Now I have to move my things where im in no condition to. You know what they sure called me when they saw my Google review though within 20 min of my posting. They have rhe wrong girl im not the gorl that waS loitering. the girl nexr to me is who they wanted she also blond le about my age all her belongings are there outside foe days now. As whete ive had weekly rental at the Plaza hotel so thete is no need dor me to be kicking it in the heat at storage. You should know this when getting involved with them.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Public Storage. They charge premium prices but don’t deliver a premium product or service. My rent kept increasing about every six months, yet the condition of my unit only got worse.
When I finally accessed my belongings, everything was covered in a thick layer of gritty dust and grime from who knows where. It’s unacceptable to pay increasing rates while my property is left in that condition.
On top of that, customer service has been frustrating. It’s difficult to get clear answers or resolve issues, and it often feels like customers are ignored instead of helped.
Overall, I can’t recommend Public Storage. Between the constant price increases, poor facility conditions, and difficult customer service, it’s one of the last places I would choose to store my belongings.
Horrible management and location!! YOUR STUFF WILL GET STOLEN! And homeless people sleeping in units. We got our stuff stolen from this property. Thinking it was a secure property I had multiple items stolen from my storage unit. Thinking that the cameras on the back side would capture someone breaking in to the facility. Need answers if our stuff is still at the facility or left please review the cameras, but nothing they can do. No one is on site. I got no help on my things. So frustrating! Never trusting this place or any storage place! Especially if their help is minimal. Still no help from management We need the people arrested for this, or at least our stuff back!
Awful service. My dad got a unit today at 9am and he still hasn’t been able to get access to even the gate of the property. We’ve been calling the property manager all day… no reply. We’ve been calling customer service, they have been having issues with the system the whole day. Spent about 5 hours in between getting transferred with absolutely no solution. We are moving today, we needed the storage for today. Really disappointed and frustrated, on top of that this is really our first experience and impression.
Incredibly well maintained facility with incredibly friendly staff. Overly helpful and information when my guy dropped the lock to our unit and snapped the key off inside, Shaneeki was happy to keep an eye on our unit while we ran to Lowe's for a new one, and then next time over there she remembered us and provided us a proper lock for the unit and is very friendly and professional. Facility stays clear of clutter and plenty of space in the units and around the units to be able to not impede on other renters. Was stressed as I recently moved from a house to a smaller place and needing a large storage unit but this facility and staff has eased alot of the stress I had stepping into my first storage unit! Thank you.
This facility is one of the worst and I've stored at over 10+ facilities with multiple companies. Upon move in my unit was FILTHY and had to clean myself. The fence was cut with a big hole in it right across from my unit and the window going into the building was shattered out and the property manager failed to even clean the broken glass up for weeks. The worst part about this facility is that they apparently have lots of thefts so therefore they've allowed police full access.. But instead of that reducing thefts it led to me being harassed by police and treated as if me simply being present inside the gate (remind you I had to enter my code to get my vehicle in the gate) justified being snuck up on by 6+ Police at once demanding to see my hands and treating me as of I was a criminal. I verified with them I was a paying customer and at my unit, yet they continued to harass me and the whole time all I had done was be present as a paying customer conducting normal business! So be prepared to be treated like a criminal while the real criminals are continuing to rob your belongings on a regular basis. I should not fear police harassment every time I want to access my belongings and therefore have essentially avoided even returning to my unit. Store ANYWHERE but NOT HERE!!!!

They have been trying to charge my card 3x and i have not been with them for the past two months and they say they take you off but they dont. And this morning they tried to charge my card again and i dojt have nothing to do with them. I only used them for the two months i needed and got out and they still trying to charge me for sokething i am not using. At this point i have to go to the BBB and try and get my money back they charge me. IF ANYTHING I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST SEEMS CHEAP BUT THEY WILL ROB YOU EVEN IF YOU DONT USE THEM ANYMORE SO IF I YOUR YOU ID LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SOEND A LITTLE MORE CAUE THESE GUYS WELL TRY TO BLEED YOU DRY.

We checked out a few places to store our small teardrop trailer, but we selected the Public Storage on South Clinton Street because of the site manager Stephanie!! She is absolutely incredible and helped us so much when the automated system couldn’t. She showed us different options and asked all the right questions. If you want storage you can trust-definitely talk with Stephanie, she will set you up!!

So far so good. I have to say, Sterling is awesome. When's the last time a storage facility, called you,and asked how the move-in went,and asked if I had any questions. It reminds of the old days when customer service did their jobs, and liked where they work. I also have a need for the facility to accommodate a tractor-trailer, and from upper management who put me in touch with Sterling,the local facility manager, everything went as smooth as possible. Best group of folks I've dealt with in the storage industry.
Don't rent here. They operate like a scam. They tripled rent in 1 year. Then on move out they try to get an extra months rent. Then they disregard all agreements made with customer service and will call you to yell.
When I moved out he move out date was placed in the app and the lock was removed prior to May 1st. The business stated the lock must be placed on the unit under penalty of fee even though I stated it was empty. Turns out their app did not save the move out date. That is the responsibility of the business.
I only put the lock back on because of threat of fees from the property manager. Then I was locked out due to them demanding May rent, which my lock was only present because of public storage saying they would charge me if I didn't have it on.
The lock was removed on May 16th in compliance with a service ticket put in by public storage customer service promising to waive May rent and I would enter the property without the use of the code and under supervision of the property manager.
I complied with every step that the company made, even the contradictory and rude ones (phone calls made by one of the managers in which he yelled over me while I was calmly replying ). The only thing public storage has done is not honor any agreement, their customer service and property/district managers give conflicting information

I went in to pay my rent, Emily was a great customer service representative. Highly recommend Public Storage as a place to rent from.
Great storage facility with many unit sizes available to choose from as well as very good deals such as second month free. This was my first time using rental storage and Steffany did an amazing job of walking me through how everything worked, most importantly upon hearing I was in need of couple extra moving boxes, she went the extra mile to find some of her own extra ones for me to have. Overall the whole process went better than expected all thanks to wonderful staff such as Steffany and going forward Public Storage will be my first option.

This place is a total rip-off. They tripled my rent ((seriously) over a 2.5 year period, don't plow - so ice accumulates in all the drives (see, photos, it looks like this all winter) and then melts onto the floor of your unit in spring. This place is a disaster and should be avoided at all costs.
The only nice thing I can say is that Stephanie, the manager of the place, is friendly and does her best to be helpful (even though her hands are mostly tied by corporate).

I had bad experience with this public storage. Poor customer service in fact Michelle called me to show up on site to fill out an application I started online but no one in the office "we are open" but no one there to help a new customer. Don’t waste your time to call the phone number that is on the door to ask for help because nobody is there to help 👎🏻
We have been paying for a storage unit at this location for many years. They have raised the rent to absolutely ridiculous prices for a storage unit. There is never anyone on site to help you and the only way to ever even speak to a person is to call the sales line and get transferred to customer service who isn't a whole lot of help if you need assistance at the property. There seems to be little to no security whatsoever any longer and the place is simply getting run down. For nearly 600 dollars a month I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service for the money. We have spent 2 months attempting to get access to our unit and still have not even heard from a property manager. I would give 0 stars if I could.
