Easy process, straightforward, plus lock and key was ready to go.
Horrible place to rent a space...Front Gate is always broken and open, Staff never available if needed. Now for the real issue, occurred today..went to unit, sitting in a chair with the door closed mediating for a minute, manager walks up says im sleeping, than said I broke into a unit, which wasnt true and there was a unit open, where I placed my bike, so it would be out of the way, while i was there. thirdly, they dont even have a place to dumb trash, even tho there is a dumpster on site, they want you to use the other business dumpsters in the area - Why so they dont have to pay trash services, but want to charge you $75.00 to throw it away.. do your job and clean up the place..its dirty.. Lastly, went to talk to her Shay her name is, and her black girl attitude almost got her punched in the face, by my big black ass..
customer service sucks, managers here suck and she requested to terminate my rental - better places and more secure to rent in the area..

No one’s here. Don’t answer phone calls. One employee at desk and they lock all the doors when they leave the front room so there’s no way to get in contact with anyone. I just need a dolly to move my stuff into storage. There’s 2 of us waiting. If you have storage on the 2nd floor you won’t be able to move at all on the 1st. Also woman at the front was incredibly rude to me last time I was here

Greg was cool so was this storage unit when it was A+ and Extra now that Public Storage owns the spaces the quality, care ,and cleanliness has declined greatly while the cost rises annually for no reason . 2/10 for paying almost double what I did when other companies owned this place for less then half the quality and cleanliness**update 2024 shamaile is cool and helped me and Nancy cleaned it up since then so it’s much better

UPDATE REVIEW EDIT. After a little time using this facility. The gate is always broken, no one is in the office when you need someone. Nacey is very rude and has a very untasteful attitude all the time. ( When she's the there) Nacey will lie and tell you she's getting ready to close when it's not time to avoid me using the one cart they have throughout the place. Then one day I had to use the bathroom so I'm on the second floor putting stuff into my storage I'm walking down to another exit that is not the elevator that is closer to the front desk I go into the stairway both doors are locked and I am trapped in the middle of the stairwell can't get ahold of anyone and can't get to the bathroom. ( Got scary) I had to call my husband thank God I had my phone for him to come unlock the door for me and to let me out. When I told the front desk about this they said yes it is a fire escape route. SO WHY IS IT LOCKED TO WHERE YOU CANT GET OUT EITHER WAY? HOW is it a fire escape route when you can't get out so you're trapped in regardless. NOT A GOOD THING AT ALL.

This has to be the best location in town. Debbie is awesome! She is so helpful. She is very pleasant to deal with. This is my second time renting from this location. Each interaction with Debbie made me feel very special. She has excellent Customer Service. Also, this location is very secure. There are cameras on each floor. Some floors have 2-3 cameras. I feel my things are protected at this location. This is a great place to rent. Definitely rent from here.

I have been with this property for many years and never have I been late. This time I just could not help it and as we all no rents go up in time. I spoke with Debbie and let me tell you, she is amazing!!! She has wonderful customer service skills and knows how to take care of her long term customers. She not only listened and understood the situation I was in, but assisted me by getting my rate lowered and helping me get my late fee waived. This may not be for everyone, like I said I have never been late in many years.

Nancy was amazing! I had a unit at this public storage location for a year and had several interactions with her. She is very thorough with her job and with communication. When vacating the unit I felt like I had her helping me throughout the entire process. I can tell she cares about customers and often she would check in on how I was doing. Several times throughout my experiences at his public storage she made a point to maintain the property and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property and Public Storage. The property managers Nancy and Debbie were very helpful when I had some hard questions about unreasonable rental increases. We are vacating because 4 years ago when we purchased the unit we began at $85 for a 10x15 unit and today for that same unit we were charged $266.00. Every 6 months we have been receiving rate increases anywhere from $20 -$60 with very little explanation or justification. We feel as though corporate public storage is taking advantage of the public and we would love answers from someone who is making these decisions to be able to justify these unreasonable rental increases .

Edit: Debbie came to talk to me after I left a negative review initially to let me know she requested a price increase review as she thought the price was increased more than usual. While I did get temporary price reduction just make sure you understand that the price will most likely get increased after the 6 month mark. Either way happy with Debbie and the lengths she went to ensure the negative feedback was addressed. This shows that they do care about their customers which goes a long way in my book.
They jacked up my price by 25% after month 5 for no reason. I understand everything is going up in price but they basically gave me a fair rate just to get me in and raised it by extra $35 per month. I will be out of here ASAP. Price gauging at its finest! Stay away unless you like getting a huge price increase notice in mail few months later

This review is 100% for Nancy and a very helpful customer service rep over the phone that outshined her colleagues. Public Storage the company put me through more strife yesterday than I care to recount. For reference I'm almost certain her name was Nancy but I can't call the location to make sure, the robo answering machine simply won't let me through to her location to verify.
Anyway, she was incredibly helpful. She did in 10 minutes what several customer service reps couldn't in two hours.

Fine location, has changed hands recently and staff is not particularly present. Was cleaning out a unit and was unable to locate staff all day, with the office being locked despite posted open hours indicating it should be open. Very frustrating experience.

EDIT-
While my edited portion does not attest to the customer service received, it is simply my observation after use of storage unit. An important FYI when considering a storage unit:
We first purchased and there were no poles to hinder our move. Super convenient & easy. Pull up & unload. Now there are poles blocking unloading area. So unless you have a drive up unit, it’s a hassle! We had to park in front of the poles, maneuver a DRESSER through the poles, all just to plop everything down in front of the door and enter our code. We also use a dolly for other items…the poles make it so difficult to fit all of them through there, Needless to say, a couch is for sure a squeeze and/or a fun little Tetris adventure through the poles into the doors! It adds an extra unnecessary step. Had it been this way when we signed the papers, it would have been a huge deterrent. We noticed other people unloading smaller items (household items, boxes, bags, etc) & they also had to park and then walk back and forth multiple times from their car to the door whereas before they simply could just pull up to the door. Seems like an inconvenience & hassle whether you have smaller items or bigger items. Just FYI when considering a unit here, it is not going to be easy unloading/loading!
