Debbie was wonderful and the storage unit was perfect for what I needed.
Infested with mice. There is no interest in resolving the problem aside from giving you mouse poison packages. A lot of my belongings were ruined and there were mouse droppings everywhere and I had to clean them up myself. Find a climate controlled space. The extra money will be worth it. BUT the office staff is very helpful and very nice. There isn't anything they can't actually do about it themselves. It is a corporate decision to ignore the problem.

The facility is clean and well kept. Upon arrival I was greated by Heather who was really really helpful. She was easy to talk with which was nice as we did have to walk a short distance to view a unit I was interested in. I had the privilege of working with Malcom. Due to some technical issues with the website, I wasn't able to secure my space online. I called customer service and was eventually routed to Malcom for assistance. Although he was having some technical issues as well, he went above and beyond any service I've had in the past. He helped me secure a storage unit (not my first choice) to ensure that I had some storage available and followed up with me on several different occasions. After several attempts on his behalf I was finally able to get the storage that I wanted thanks to his efforts. I haven't set foot in this facility and I know I'll be a long-time customer. Our unit was clean, well-priced, and easy to access. Everything from reserving the unit to payments to managing our account was super simple online, and in the event that I needed to speak with someone in the office, the staff was always courteous and professional. I would absolutely rent here again if I ever have the need to.

What can be said about Public Storage?? Its Storage and its open to the Public...Seriously. Heather one of the front desk staff has been amazing. I have had nothing but great service from her. I would not hesitate to reccomend this Public Storage based on her service alone. However, I have dealt with several of her co-workers at this location and others. They are all top notch. I had an issue that needed to be resolved at a district level, and whaddaya know? District Mgr. is awesome as well. Problem handled. He hires good folks. Public Storage is anything but. The staff personally care.

Most storage places are the same, the prices are comparable, so the one thing that sets the experience apart is the customer service. Jennifer has always been there to explain something I needed to know and even stayed late on her own time to make sure I was taken care of. Now that is service!

I love this location, easily accessible and the way the property is situated you get minimal to no weather intrusion. Jennifer is a gem, warm, funny and professional. I made a couple trips out and was indecisive, but she was helpful and patient. My last trip out there, today, it began raining so heavy; however she didn't hesitate to show me 2 units that weren't even close to each other.
