Woodland Hills Climate Controlled Storage Next to the 101 Freeway

I recently had the pleasure of using StorCal Self Storage located at 21051 Oxnard St in Woodland Hills, and I can't express how impressed I was with the entire experience! What truly made my experience exceptional was the manager, Connor. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding me through the storage options available to suit my needs. Connor took the time to explain the features of the facility, and patiently answered all my questions while giving me a tour showing me several units and sizes available making the entire process seamless. His friendly demeanor and professionalism set a wonderful tone from the start.
The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. There was a unit available to accommodate my needs, and with the security measures in place I felt comfortable in renting from them.

While on the pricier side of storages in the area, this is the only public storage location I’ve used that hasn’t been a disappointment. This place actually has staff there to help if you need help, or to show you where stuff is when you move in, and whether it’s the manager or amazing employees like my favorite staff member, Javier, they’re always helpful, forthcoming and knowledgeable about what’s what. The place isn’t sketchy, it isn’t riddled with weirdos, it’s literally the most chill and safe storage location I’ve seen. If you go to canoga or Chatsworth or (God forbid) noho, you will see a whole different world of weirdos and no staff to be found anywhere on site. So honestly, between the helpful staff, climate controlled, new shiny building, and the easy layout and access ability of this place actually - it’s seriously worth the extra money. Also, the units aren’t open on top so you don’t have to worry about anyone climbing into your storage and stealing stuff, which is a real issue in many places. Thanks Javier for your help and patience in explaining everything to me.

This past week I had the pleasure of speaking with Johnny as well as Tammy in this location on Ventura, Woodland Hills.
I needed to transfer all my boxes from one unit to a smaller one. The transition was smooth and easy. Johnny explained to me over the phone, a couple days ago, what I need to do and made it easier for me. When I came to the location, I met Tammy who explained everything to me and when I asked a question she was very patient and helpful. Definitely deserve five stars.
