Such an easy process for me. The associate that assisted me gave me all the information and options needed for me to get in and get on with my day expeditiously. The place is kept clean and comfortable and all of the spaces provided are easily accessible. If only every business could operate as well they do.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS FACILITY! My storage has been broken into four times and the management does nothing about it. As if they don't even care the least bit that it's happened. FOUR TIMES! I filed a police report, found the perp but the DA would not press charges but ultimately, it's Public Storages fault for their lax security and poor survelliance.

This is Paul, just purchased a monthly storage over here at Woodland Hills Public Storage, Nathan was the employee at the front desk who helped me, he was great, up front with all costs and was not pushy at all about renting the unit out. I felt comfortable renting with Nathan and I know you will too.

Nathan is top notch employee who went above and beyond for my husband, he didn't have the $1 special at his location so he helped us sign up at a near by self storage. When he realized they had different locks he drove after hours to pick us up one so we had the correct one. Amazing customer service! I would give emote stars if I could!
