This place is the best very friendly staff and very professional . This is my favorite public storage if you need a place to store your stuff this is the place to do it . Will be staying here for a long time to come and is very affordable ..

I have rented a unit for ten years, and have no complaints. Every employee there has been kind and helpful. Tina is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She has worked with me through a few issues (not the fault of PS) and was professional, warm, very knowledgeable and genuine. Just a sweetheart. She is so refreshing amongst the less than par customer service that is the norm these days. I appreciate her, as well as management and, or the owner. A few times Tina had to get clearance on something and the manager she called gave authorization immediately. It is just a very friendly, customer service oriented business. Thank you! And a special thank you to Tina.
The lady that works here is so rude, Yesterday we went to pay the bill an she refused to take our money. So now I have to drive back down there to try again. An hopefully there won't be a late fee. And it wasn't the first time she had an attitude. That's when shes even there.

Since I moved in four (4) years ago, they've raised the rent on me every year. I did the math, and the rent has increased a whopping 40% since I moved in. Another greedy corporation attempting to extract as much wealth as possible, as quickly as possible, and forgetting that people remember how they were treated. I'm sure they don't care. I don't think I would ever use Public Storage again anywhere in the world after this. Created all kinds of problems for me, and left a very bitter taste in my mouth about this place. My recommendation is find some other place to store your belongings.

Checking into the unit was quick and easy. Tina was very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean. When checking out of the unit, it was easy. Customer service was awesome. Would rent a unit from this location again.

Aishia was AWESOME!! She took the time to show me everything I asked for. We discussed specials and how the facilities operated. And to top it off this was not even her site. I look forward to being a customer here.
The grounds keeper here Tina is ALWAYS so rude to the point I hate going in to make my payment. I waited for 30 minutes cause the sign said she was on the ground s,I could see the security cameras and I didn't see her on any of them,went and did something else came back and waited another 10. So all together I spent over an hour just trying to pay my rent. If this wasn't the closest storage facility to my house I'd go somewhere else.

Solid storage place .its in an interesting part of town as far as characters go so theres probably a s show going on somewhere outside the gate but they hold it down on the property and you and sleep assured your things are safe
Storage isnt cheap in the long run so make sure to get rid of useless things and you could save a couple bucks or the whole hassle of renting a place for your belongings
Rented here for 5 months & it was just what I needed! Never had any issues.The manager Tina, made the entire process smooth & simple. If I wasn't moving I'd keep my unit. Would definitely recommend!
