We recently went in to find out the process for renting one of the units and the young lady named Sam answered all our questions and took the time to show us the facility, we had a great experience. The building is well kept and clean. I don’t normally comment on company websites but I like to give credit where credits due ! Great job hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff

I visited this location and Melody showed me around the units. They were all very clean and she was extremely informative and helpful for the whole process. Seems like a a pretty simple process, with letting yourself on and off the property with your gate code
Sam made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. Great customer service is rare these days, but she went above and beyond—clear communication, helpful attitude, and she followed through on her word with a timely follow-up. That alone says a lot. Big thanks to Sam for such a positive experience.

Was so impressed by how helpful the staff are. My memory blanks but I believe it was Michelle and Morgan.
I was stuck in a situation and they were able to make a changed that saved my move from getting seriously delayed. They were quick to respond back to calls and very helpful.
Quick note- this place values security over access so they only operate visiting hours while staff is there. Not a reason to ding a star but more something to be aware of if you need irregular hourly access.

Edited 12/2/2025 : After rent went up to $478.00 I looked online and saw the same size unit I had was now going for $160! After asking if my unit could be dropped to the current going rate and being told no I bit the bullet and rented a unit at the current going rate. That means I had to pay a new administrative fee and move my 10x20 storage. On 7/1/2025 I moved my storage 2 units down from my previous storage to get a better price. I mean it was worth it to pay $318 less a month right? Yea jokes on me because literally 2 months later I got a notice that my rent was being raised on 11/1/2025 to $215 a month. Are you serious? $160 to $215 after 4 months the rents raised $55 dollars? I'm done. Oh, and I still haven't received any word on my unit getting broken into when I first moved in. They just swept that under the rug I guess.
*Previously posted - This place is an absolute joke. If you want to read the factual reviews about this property look up the reviews under the original facility name Central Self Storage. That was their name in June of 2023 when I started renting from them. My rate started out at $299.00 a month and I just received notice my rate went up to $478.00. Awesome, but its ever better when you look at their current rate for units my size and see they're currently renting for $150.00 a month. Like are you serious? Lets not also mention that the day after I moved everything in someone attempted to break into and rob my storage unit, at 2pm on a weekday afternoon in broad daylight and the camera on my aisle just happened to not be working and the onsite manager was conveniently not onsite. Thank god whoever made the attempt was a moron and ended up damaging the hasp so bad when attempting to cut the lock off that they made it impossible to open my unit. I'm still waiting now 2 years later for them to show me who allegedly followed another tenant in to wreak havoc on my unit. Funny thing is if you read the reviews when it was called Central Self Storage you'll see numerous reviews from past tenants stating the same thing happened to them. Then you have their illegal auction practice, by the California State Lien Law they are not authorized to auction your unit for unpaid rent until you are 58 days past due minimum and that starts the day after the rent comes due. Now most storage locations are cautious and give an average of 3 to 5 days past 58 days to be on the safe side of the law, which I know as I worked at a few different storage companies spanning 5 - 6 years total. No not Melodie and her team, they try to send you to auction illegally at anywhere from 54-56 days. Don't take my word for it read the other reviews before it became public storage. Its still the same onsite manager just a different name. And before anyone thinks my stuff got auctioned and I'm posting this review because I'm bitter? Yea no, my stuffs still there and hasn't been auctioned I'm just thoroughly disgusted with this place and have wanted to post this for a while. So if you want to rent somewhere that hikes your rent $200 within 2 years and that rate is 3 1/3 higher than the current going rate on the same size unit in the same location, a place that when your unit is broken into, in broad daylight, when the onsite manager is conveniently not onsite the camera won't be working in your row as well, and they illegally send your stuff to auction before the lien law allows then step right up!!! This is definitely the place for you. Oh and one more thing, I hope you don't have to use the bathroom while loading or unloading your stuff in your unit because their public restroom? Yea it isn't open to the public.

Edited 12/13/2024 Central Storage has been taken over by Public Storage. High rates got rent increase after a short time, storing from Pegasus dba Central Storage. Wasn't even waiting for an annual tenancy seems there should be some kind of regulation at play to reduce this kind of high rates.
Edited: 9/2024. I've been here since mid-January & the company Pegasus that owns Central has decided a rent increase is a good thing. It isn't. It's plain GREED. And unlike the movie "Wallstreet" ITS NOT A GOOD THING. Shameful, really.
What being a millionaire isn't enough? Especially when there are weeds in front of the building & workers who don't even speak English, working on the premises??? Greed will send your customers out the door...
Melody, Mgr is ACE. She's a professional, by the book, manages the property very nicely. Evidently, with former management, the property was party central!!! Hence the changed hours. Anyone looking over the negative reviews should note the dates?
If anyone is giving her management style negative reviews, it's because they are either a disgruntled ex employee at play or people who have blamed her for things she has no control over. One fellow immediately comes to mind. He keeps asserting conspiracy theories that the manager is supposed to be a party of. Why would a manager break into someone's unit when there are cameras everywhere?
And a few tenants are creating conspiracy theories to throw down shade on management when they should be talking to the person in their mirror!

This place will keep raising the rent even though the units keep getting robbed with no worries by management. They were going to auction off my mom's unit and would not allow me to make a payment from out of state. All that is in her unit are family mementos like the flag from her fathers casket and such. I can't believe that in this day and age that people can be so cold hearted and cruel to their fellow man. Shame on you
This place is horrible, our unit was robbed 12 days after moving our stuff in, and I believe the manager is part of this. They lied and said never been broken in too. I live there and will come out if anything happens. All jokes! Just the side we were on had 8 broken doors. Only some of the cameras work and funny how the ones that don’t work they don’t mess with. The working cameras were pushed up but how do they know which ones work and don’t. Because she’s apart of this. DONT USE THIS PLACE
