I just have to write a little review. I went in today to the storage place on humbolt st in Vallejo ca to pay my bill And the customer service there in person is great I was helped by a woman named Megan was so sweet and helpful couldn’t say much more nice things about her. She helped us right away. She was very polite.
This is one of the better storage’s I’ve been to. The staff was very friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. A BIG SHOUT OUT! to Megan who was so nice and patient with me. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They made the process easy and pretty much seamless. Thank you so much!

I've been out front since 10:00 it's now 11:09 and No sign of any employee no note on the office door saying that the manager is on the lot or on break. I have three storages in three different cities to take care of and it's just kind of unprofessional management that messes up my business. We live in manager should never be out of sight or contact without having some type of notification made aware to all customers should not be tracking down a manager who doesn't want to work.
