Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1717 Sanguinetti Ln, Stockton, CA

Norma was really great respectfull and very helpful I kept asking her to help me with my storage and she was full of energy and showed me everything I needed to know I will be back

Giving them a 3 star because they had great service but here is why I knocked off two: 1) It is in a very sketchy area. This is a newer facility so cannot really rate security as it needs time for incidents to occur 2) It was built on a small plot of land and has poor maneuverability especially if you have a larger truck. Also, they only have one...ONE loading area for the indoor units and the loading area only fits 2 cars. I rented a larger unit indoor and I show up to check it out only to see a large UHaul truck and a couple other vehicles in the entrance. The location is soooo small that you barely have a place to park and have to worry about blocking someones unit. Anyways, I decided to come back later in the day to see if I could move stuff in. The Uhaul truck was still there as if someone straight up just parked and left it there and in the other spot was someone who appeared to be living in their car. I say that because the car was filled to the brim with clothes and the person was there smoking weed. So if you have an indoor unit and need to use the very small loading dock, good luck with that. I ended up cancelling and renting a unit on charter way as it was designed for RV and Boat storage so much larger. This location is made more for people who don't have much stuff and maybe smaller vehicles. I just didn't want to deal with fighting over a spot to be able to load and unload for the inside units.

Rude! No one ever onsite to help! Dirty! They never answer the phone! Office always closed! Scan the barcode is what you get and then referred to an 800 number

It was OK at first such as the first month rent but on the other hand it was bad I got eviction on the first month due to unlawful eviction procedures they did not want to explain it on paper.

Giving them a one because I signed papers to receive my 10x10 for $130 a month and because they got “ busy “ since they were new they raised up the prices is literally what they told me. The owner by far is greedy for that and I will not store my things here I’ll take it to a public storage down the road for cheaper with the same unit. Just because you’re new doesn’t mean you raise the price there’s homeless people throughout this storage area and they’re charging premium price for a ghetto area I’m not paying almost 200 wasn’t even 3 months and they changed my price. You’re a storage unit, people need storage so because more people came you bumped up the price more ridiculous

Went with my aunt to get a storage had Mariela help us out & set us up with a storage, Glad she spoke Spanish because my aunt is only Spanish speaking and walked her through the process, will definitely refer my friends and families here!

This is a brand new storage facility. I can say it is one of the cleanest I have used. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I see the staff cleaning every time I stop by my space. They are always helpful and nice. Even the bathrooms at this facility are clean. This facility offers a app where you can use it to open all the gates and doors

Booked a reservations at Public Storage . Went and had a great tour of the facility and was given a ton of information for over a hour . Decided on my unit size, signed contracts and was happy about my new unit . Came back the next day and found out they didn’t apply my promotion of free 2nd month . Wanted to terminate my agreement and go somewhere else . The new manager on site Tabitha explained the situation, calmed me down, and explained what she could do to help . Working with her she was apply to put in a request for me to get my second month and comp me a lock for my Inconvenience .appreciate her great customer service because with our her Public Storage would have lost a long term customer . Just got the storage and they are very polite, respectfull ,clean ,and big storage space and good price plus the stay open until 7pmand very secure I like it .

They advertise first month free or a $1. I ended up paying $75 for the cheapest 5x5.
