The facility was closing in 10 minutes, so I rushed to the office with my Husband. We saw Lupe leaving the front office. When she saw us, I was surprised watching her walk back so calmly to the office and assisted us right away. I thought she was going to say they were already CLOSED. She explained everything in detail, was humble, and didn’t feel rushed by her either. She made everything easy and simple for us. Thank you, Lupe!

Lupe make my rental really easy... By phone!

This place is terrible. Our unit got broken into from 2 side walls. The walls were kicked in. Looking through the giant holes it looks like several other units also got broken into as well. It was all done from the inside so the unit looked fine from the hallways. The elevators close on you right away and the sensors dont reopen the door when you are there, then the whole thing locks up and the office workers have no idea what they are doing and blame the customers for it and are rude and slow when they have to fix it, which only requires resetting it. There is no sense of urgency at all when there is an issue. It looks nice from the outside and the manager is nice but you can put a bow on garbage but it's still trash.

Rented a unit today with Lupe had a really good customer service experience

This storage facility has been nothing but a big joke from day one. They offer Dolly use yet when I went to get the dolly it was locked up the worker couldn't find the key to unlock it so therefore I was unable to use it 5 minutes later somebody else went up to the front for Dolly use and was given the dolly. Then my password wasn't working and I couldn't get in or out without having to go to the office for help. To top it off they took a payment without my consent when I updated my settings and changed from automatic payment in which I never okay in the first place to no automatic payments. Then when I requested my money be credited back to my card because I'm leaving after 30 days they said I had to wait till I moved out of the unit and then I would be credited that money to my account. They are so unhelpful and just money grabbing belongings stealing pathetic excuse for a storage unit now they close at 6:00 p.m. during Monday through Friday and 5:00 p.m. on the weekend which is ridiculous people don't even get off work until that time so they can't even get into their units when they need to. I will never store my stuff at public storage again ever I don't care if it's a dollar for the first 5 months I will never go there again and I would suggest nobody else go there either.

Manager didn’t care to tell me that you have to use the app to activate the elevator, and I was unable to contact the manager (even using the direct access number) for at least 45 minutes to even know this, thus making me stuck. Is this how you do business? On Edit: the code system makes the elevator cumbersome to use, and the app doesn’t always work, as someone else was having problems with the elevator. There is no accessible stairs for the second floor units as well.

The Public Storage Staff at this location is the BEST! Alexis is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When I had a billing problem, she jumped on it right away and got the issue corrected promptly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Lupe has been so incredibly professional and helpful, going out of her way to make sure that our move in and out was the smoothest one. Not sure how this place manages to get high reviews. My unit was broken into and lost a lot. All the cameras and access codes are clearly not a deterrent. Police Officer that took my report told me that he takes a lot of reports from this place. Do not let the new paint, cameras and access codes give you a sense of security. Stay clear of this place.

I don't like public storage

I give public storage a 1 star, because I'm so frustrated with there not being a clerk on multiple occasions to unlock a cart so that I can move my things from the car to my storage unit. I'm 57 and need the cart to unload my car conveniently and without back pain from carrying heavy items. When the clerk finally shows up in the office after hours at closing and it's too late she reminds me the carts are like for our convenience as if they aren't included in our rent. If I had known that I wouldn't have rented an upstairs unit and maybe even somewhere else.

Lupe was great help with all my needs only thing not liking at all is gate hours 6am to 6pm I sale one line there are times I need to access my unit to get item and if its past 6pm I have to wait till next and by net day I may have lost the sale but everything else's is great (we need longer gate hours its the only thing thats making me think of going eles where)

Check out all these fake reviews referring to one specific worker, and the users all have 1 review. But the people that have 10+ reviews, rated negatively, think about it. Beware of crackheads roaming the facility waiting to steal your stuff. Staff is beyond rude, disrespectful. They don't harrass the crackheads rummaging through their stuff every single day, but my family business storage unit has been harrassed a dozen times, and I only go in a couple times a month! The "manager" looks like it's their first job, has no idea how to treat people with common decency. Read through the reviews and find the REAL reviews, not the fake/paid to leave a generic review, before you rent a unit here.

None of the public storage facilities have adequate security measures. If you value your items think twice before renting at public storage.

It's a storage facility. I do NOT like such limited gate access hours. I could care less about the office hours. 6 to 6 seems a bit lightweight for a heavy hitter organization like this one is. (Public Storage) they've got offices all over the place. Hundreds if not thousands all over the country and they can't increase access to my own stuff?

I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT PUT YOUR VALUABLES IN THIS FACILITY BC THE EMPLOYEES WILL JACK YOU! I had my stuff there 2 years ago and called in to let them know I’d be moving out in a week and 3 days before I’m due to move out my unit gets broken into and was burglarized. Not only did they jack me but they went deep into my personal belongings and read my journal from high school. Coincidence that it was broken into 3 days before I left? I think NOT. Plus the door wasn’t even damaged. When I got there they had just put a different lock on. I dont know if the same people are still working there that were there 2 years ago but if they are then DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Got a unit here because the access hours were open later than others in the area. They started having issues with homeless people living in storage units and restricted their hours. Still see homeless people there all the time but now can't access my stuff later than 6pm. If I didn't have to move all my stuff again I'd go elsewhere. UPDATE: My storage unit was broken into and had several things stolen. Have now moved all of my stuff to another storage, elsewhere. I do not recommend storing anything here, as they still have a problem with homeless and do not have surveillance inside the buildings, only on the outside, which is questionable at best.

Extremely unhappy with their service and the family. Was storing all my belongings for over a year and within that year, they raised the rates three time. I ended up moving out in the middle of the month because they were going to raise the rate for a fourth time by an additional $99 per month. I called the facility to see about working with the rate and they were not willing to accommodate. In the stint of being there they also shortened the hours of access to hours that were unreasonable for anyone with a job to make it to the units. Even with the restricted hours I would see people hanging out or parked inside the facility gate all the time. When I checked out of the unit the employee was not friendly at all. I told her that there was a second access door that the manager had asked me to supply a second lock for, but I didn't have access to the hallway that connected to that door. The employee had no idea what I was talking about and I had to walk her around the entire property to show her what I was talking about. I was able to retrieve my extra lock, but when we got back to the office she informed that I had a large balance due in order to close out the account. I paid over half for the two weeks that we had occupied the unit and asked her about prorating the month. She said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak with the manager. She said the manager wouldn't be in for two days, so I asked for the manager to call me. It has been over a month and I never received a call from the facility. Now I have received a letter from a collection agency. I have used many storage facilities in the past, including Public Storage, but this by far has been the worst experience.

It's an alright storage. I personally don't care for their company policies not to mention they are way pricy . Also the place made my belongings stink.Update... This place is the worst for security! Its an old outdated facility that has hollow walls and 1 layer of drywall separating the units from each other. Well, my unit got robbed back in October of 2018 as the thrives cut out the drywall and ransacked my belongings! Lots was stolen and I wasn't even notified for a couple months after the incident took place! To this day I still have yet to be compensated!

Today I was assisted by Sarah and she was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend using this storage site.

Not very secure place, if u are just trying to throw your stuff someplace for a minute fine but if u need something safe and secure I'd try someplace else.

This location is a violent nightmare to anyone trying to survive a domestic violence situation in their life. ADDITIONALLY, spare your elderly/disabled loved ones from being blind sided with incompetence and unconstitutional harassment from the regional and current on site manager. They perform at a level that makes one wonder how they're managing to keep their franchise licensing.

We had a last minute move out situation and Sarah at Public Storage was able to quickly assist us and put us in a perfect size storage unit. She was very helpful and gave us great moving tips and advice. She made our storage experience a bliss! She’s truly an angel and would definitely recommend this place to others. Great pricing as well for Clean spacious storage units!

Was great. Now for whatever reason during the evenings only certain people can enter. A guy opened the gate just in front of me, got out of his car and demanded I use my own code of he would call the cops. For some my legit code does not work in the evening. It was all of 6:45pm. Will be removing my belongings from 10x30 unit by the end of the week. First they raised the rates after 3 months when their own customer service says they raise rates every six months. Now a lock out. Bye will never recommend this place.

I rented here a long time back. I was hesitant to come back because I did not care too much for the manager at the time but I came back because public storage always has a good deal. Well I was pleasantly surprised by the new manager Sarah she is great nothing like the old manager. So to anyone reading my review come on in and see Sarah you will no way be disappointed

had a great experience and tour with Ruby. she explained every thing. was super kind and answered my questions and concerns. taught me how to use the gate and how to lock my storage. i recommend this place especially with their promotions; it’s great!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place and the staff are horrible. It's always dirty and smells like urine. But that's not the big issue, I've rented here for about 2 years now and when I moved in i was told my the woman who i signed with that if whenever I needed to move out that i would have a 10 day grace period so that I didn't have to pay full months rent. Now after they've raised rent on me again I can no longer afford to use the unit, for which might I add I was not given proper notice for. No letter nothing. Today I went to pay my bill and saw an alarmingly higher rent. That was my notice. So I called to verify that I had my 10 day window and the ride woman who answered, told me they stopped doing that. She had no interest in helping the cause so I asked for someone higher. She then decided to tell me I'd hear the same thing. I did not ask her for what the next person would say I asked for the number. When I asked for it again and she said okayyy with major attitude. Now for some reason I've called both the boss and her back no one is answering. They should honor an old policy, if the tenant was there before it ended. This place is ridiculous never come here. Dont waste money on it.

After looking at a few different storage sites we found Public Storage had the best value for the size and price we needed. Friendly and helpful staff when we first looked at the unit and then the next day set up with rep Deyanira was quick and easy. Clean, secure premises too.

So far so good, its very easy to get extra room here and they have the best hours and best prices. Sarah was very helpful, Im not going to lie I was stressing out trying to find a good deal. I went to a different location 1st and they found me a better deal just a few minutes down the street. This place is always clean and looks very secure. I got just enough room for all my junk.

DO NOT RENT HERE, Your storage unit WiLL be broken into, your valuables will be rummaged,they will no let you see the video, they are not responsible or liable for your lost property, BUT you will have to pay for extra fine and fees. You Will have to pay for the damages on the Unit when they themselves break into your Unit. Workers are always 45+ mintues late for work to open and they leave early and close the office between the hours of 4:30 to 5:30 EVERYDAY. I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT HERE.

This particular location has a loud, shrieking alarm that sounds at all hours of the evening and night. It repeatedly awakens and annoys neighbors and interferes with the quiet enjoyment of their homes. Incredible that such a problem exists in the first place. Do they think that LEO rushes over every time the alarm sounds? Not likely. The only thing they accomplish is complete disturbance of their neighbors.

Nothing fancy, paid for a unit to store some junk a person left at my pad, don't know if they picked it up and don't care as long as it's out of my place!

Family owned business,first time using the facility,reasonably priced units I guess,my daughter looked up storage spots and compared prices,this place was lower than most,i have no complaints.

We have been helped by Sarah on a few occasions and I can't say enough positive things. She's very helpful, kind, informative and very patient with my grandmother. After paying $200+ a month for a secure storage unit, I went in April to discover rat droppings and damages. I reported it to the person in the office only to be told 'yeah- rats got in that back building about a month ago'. When asked if they were doing anything about it She said 'we turned in a work order and we are waiting for approval to get an exterminator'. I called in May and was told that they problem was taken care of. I just went, and everything I owned os destroyed..., between rats and water damage. In the alley next to my unit it is knee deep with trash from emptying another unit. Of course, there was no one in the office- there rarely is, & the sign says they will return 15 minutes before closing. Nope. I have repeatedly called and asked for the district manager's number, but they can never find it. After seeing this, it appears my only option will be to contact my attorney as well as the local news. They might not want to be on camera, but a few shots inside my unit will say more than they ever could! Oh- the insurance that I have paid thru PS, $13 a month for 6 years will only cover$250 for vermin damage. See more

Awesome prices, better staff. Francine helped us find our storage unit to fit our needs perfectly. If you were to choose public storage, I would recommend this location rather then other locations. UPDATE: For about the past 2 weeks I have been unable to access my storage unit. Either because the elevator is down again for the something time or the stairs are locked. I have talked to the district manager and they said for me to show up during the office hours but as I am at the location currently there is no one here and it says the won't be back for an hour or so and I have already been waiting for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable.
