I came into this location looking for a storage unit, Tanner was a great help to me and was super kind! He helped match me with a storage unit that would fit all of my belongings that I plan on putting in storage.
Such a great location and great staff that work at this location. The staff, Andres and Tanner, who answered lot of my questions have been wonderful and very helpful. Very much enjoyed doing business here and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.

After getting a unit online I went to PS on LA Ave. Andres was very friendly, helpful and reviewed my information to make sure everything was accurate. He caught an error and immediately contact Llury (manager/supervisor) who quickly made the correction over the phone without a beat. I highly recommended PS for their thoroughness and safety for their customers.
I use many storage facilitys and this is one of the best! Andres definitely takes care of it! The facility is clean and safe! Would definitely recommend!

I really like this storage, its clean and well maintained. Managers are always nice and ready to help. Access is easy and property is always clean.

Rip off they raise your rent every 6 months there shoul´d be a law against this and maybe put a cap on these people

I had many priceless items stolen out of my storage unit. It had two tamper proof locks. The theives got in anyway. I highly dont recommend this facilitý.

The refund process was simple as well.
Came to public storage on LA Ave and was treated by a smiling woman by the name of Katie. I let her know my needs and quickly assisted me. I was in and out in no time. Katie provided exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

My unit was broken into and my personal belongings were stolen. Staff contact to let me know I had left my unit open. Even though they were aware of units being burglarized. There was no police report made by this company. I had to file the police report.

This experience was top notch. Sean was a tremendous help and extremely observant. Here is what I mean, I was clearing out my storage space, and since I didn't need the space anymore, I left the gate to our space unlocked last night, didn't have anything of value left. Sean called the next morning to make sure everything was okay. He had noticed that I did not relock the unit. Sean paid attention to details, and this morning when I was emptying the last pieces, he closed out my account and had everything ready and tidied up. My experience at this facility was (as I said before) TOP NOTCH. From reserving a space, moving in, gaining access, making payments, it was as easy as it could possibly be. The entire facility is well maintained, clean and safe.
