Good luck when (not if) the code-access gate breaks and you cannot access your stuff. You'll have no recourse and they don't care.Nobody answers the phone and there's no-one around.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION. They do not abide by their "scheduled open hours". On Sundays they close at 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm to drop off 2 boxes (they're small) & they literally said they were closing early because they had to be out of there at 4:55pm. Mind you whoever that employee was, was literally yelling at me. I asked him why their hours on their gate says they closed at 5pm & he said he didn't care about what the sign said. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm a new customer here, haven't even been there a month but I'm definitely going to be looking for some place else. Not sure why they think it's okay to yell, curse, & turn away their customers when they show up during open hours? DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STORE YOUR THINGS.

Beware of this storage company, once you get in the rent will increase every three months. It is outrageously expensive and if you are three days late in payment, even after renting for several years it is a $95. fee on top of rent. I pay $650. per month in rent and it started at $150. Its not worth it and a total scam.
