Tristan provided 5-star service for initiating the rental of a new space, and purchasing some needed materials for moving and storage. He made it a quick, simple and straightforward operation. One difficulty that my partner and I encountered while renting here was that some maintenance on an upper floor, scheduled for Dec. 20, ended up taking much longer than expected to dry, resulting in the upper floor of building B being inaccessible from the time we attempted to access it on the evening of Dec 20 through Dec. 21. Alas, we were not given advanced warning of the plan for this maintenance or expectation of closure of some building areas, so we were unable to access our luggage or store items as intended prior to leaving town for the winter holidays, resulting in the need to purchase more luggage and find alternate temporary storage options. Advanced warning would certainly be appreciated in the future!

The location in San Leandro on e14th has the best employees. One of the employees named shereefa is so sweet she is such a big helper. Moving out of our storage unit today and discovered mouse droppings. Not cool especially at $323 a month. We've had our unit since July of 2017 and I suspected there might be mice based on the upkeep of the property. Not sure if pest control is regularly maintained here. I visited this location to find the perfect storage unit for my belongings. Jordan was the employee that assisted me and provided me with excellent customer service. I wasn't sure which size unit would work best for me and she took the time to show me both units. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy.

Friendly Shivana is the Manager there.. She is awesome. She really does try to help everyone and treats everyone the same. ALL staff is great too..

The property manager, Shivawn, is amazing! I experienced excellent customer service and I was late to my scheduled appointment TWICE! Then I show up as she’s going to lunch and she handles my new rental anyway. So professional and courteous. I witnessed Shivawn’s interaction with other customers, which was just as professional and courteous. She also does a great job keeping this location safe and clean, making it a great place to store your belongings.
