Hands Down, the best Customer Service Experience i’ve had, not only at a Public Storage Facility, but just in general overall. I had made a reservation for the Story Location and the Property Manager Ruby had called me if I wanted to preview the unit. I stopped by and although there was quite a few people in the office, she took care of everyone promptly and swiftly with a smile on her face the whole time. She didn’t get overwhelmed and made us all feel like a family and nobody seemed to care waiting their turn because of how charismatic she was with everyone. She supports different Storage Facilities in the area, but if you have the pleasure of meeting her, you can tell she truly cares for her customers and is extremely welcoming, it felt like I’ve known her for years. I never write reviews, but the interaction and experience I had with Ruby was above and beyond and you can just tell she is genuinely a good person who loves her job and the people who come in. Highly Recommend 10/10!

I wish I can put 0 stars this place is terrible… their rude and treat you like you don’t pay them for their services.. we got locked inside purposely when we didn’t leave 2 minutes after 5. Then they acted like they didn’t know how to open the gate…. Don’t get your storage here they need to tear it down and put something that’s more useful for the neighborhood!!
