Nikki over here is truly a lifesaver! I forgot to lock my unit and the next day when I returned she had put on a temporary lock and made sure all of my things were safe. She was also extremely friendly and provided amazing customer service.

Looks like the owner bought a bunch of fake reviews because this place is complete garbage. People break into this place and steal your things. That's what happened to me. No coverage for my catalytic converter. Many homeless living just on the other side of the fence by the freeway waiting to hop over and steal your stuff

Best space rental in San Jose, I'd give them 6 stars if I could because of a lady named Nikki who manages it. She is consciences and dedicated to her job. Friendly and helpful and actually took the time to check my storage unit and noticed I hadn't put the lock on correctly. It's easy to find companies to take your money it's hard to find ones with quality employees.

Public Storage personnel I encountered were not only pleasant, polite and professional, they cared that you have a problem that needs solving. I have to single out Bianca in particular. She was a life-saver. I had nowhere to turn and she was helpful and patient, providing useful information just when I needed it. The storage i ho to is of Taylor before I get to king road and there a White lady older lady with blonde hair she is so nice every time I go there she is very friendly even though I heard a lot of bad things about that place but I haven't run into one this lady is awesome she's the best

Terrible customer service specially when it comes to the district manager never returns phone calls and he's very rude I also got wrong information from one of the workers behind the counter and because of that I had to pay a late fee because she gave me wrong information.

The lot is very well maintained - aways clean and neat. But the best attribute of the facility is the friendly staff. Bianca and Tanya were most helpful and accommodating in finding a better spot in the lot for my travel trailer. It was a pretty tight fit at first but OK. The new spot they relocated me into has made my ability to get in and out 10Xs better. Thank you Bianca and Tanya!!

Carmella clearly explained every little detail to me which was very helpful. She showed concern and that meant a lot to me. The storage unit she showed was the perfect size and location for my things. She even shared with me what other storage renters used to do to safeguard their belongings from the weather since the unit was outside. Will recommend.

Beware to read the full brosure on insurance. My unit alotbwoth 2 others got broken into and I found out myself. Then I looked at my insurance they told me to get, and you hve to jump through hoops to get it covered. Need reciepts and police reports. And statements written bymyself. Ive had over 1000 dollars worth of stuff taken and will probibly never get it back.

Storage was broken into last week and all they can say is file a police report and insurance claim. FYI.. insurance is no use if you don’t have receipts or proof of purchase of your belongings. And may I mind you of the deductible you pay for your loss. Should have cameras to monitor the place

Ok this place is the terrible. They raised the rent often. They make you buy an insurance that they own then refuse to pay the claims. Google public storage insurance claims. I had my storage broken into so yes I know.

My mother and I were looking for a storage unit and having a little bit of trouble. When we came to this location Sandra and Bianca were very informative and so helpful. They made the process so easy for us and we were able to find the perfect storage. Thank you two ladies for everything.

I'm not sure what everyone is describing, but that storage place do not have cameras in the back, no alarms on the units, no 24 hour watch, not clean, and the place gets robbed occasionally. I couldn't leave my stuff there. The only thing that was good about that place is the person working in the office area. In addition: Found out that they never gave me my refund. Called them again to get it back. They said they had to send it to management for approval and still nothing. This has been going on since April of last year. I don't think I will ever get it back.

Today Sep 29 17 I came to the storage unit to find my trailer gone! Don't trust this place the general manager said there was nothing she could do. They don't have cameras around the units she said this always happens and that's why its in the contract that they are not responsible for any stolen items and to have everything insured she said this kind of stuff always happens here. How come you didn't tell me this when I was signing the contract?!! Don't pay $ in a place where there is not enough security, we don't know what we are going to do, but we are never coming here again!!

Linna is one special lady really friendly and accommodating. She helps you find the best deals in storage space and matches you to the right size. The facility is clean saw her cleaning the property as I was waiting for her to come help me. She gave me a great bright smile and asked me how she could help me. I wanted a 5x10 but she did not have one so she gave me suggestion to rent 5x5 for now and transfer when she has one. unfortunately we don't have the time or money to relocate. We pay our Monthly fee on time and they still harass us on the day it's due calling over and over. also we went to get out holiday stuff from out locker and someone tried to break in to it there was a key broken inside the lock. also when we spoke to the front desk they wanted us to pay $100 for a lock smith we refused! so they said they would call the district manager, he didn't answer we waited for 30 mins with noone to help us. finally they said they would have to change the lock and will call us when they are finished. it was a waste of time and for it not being In a very good area, I should have expected this.

Although I've been here a couple of years I really felt compelled to write a good review for Nola. I had an incident recently which caused me to get in a jam. Nola bent over backwards to help me Resolve my problem in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend this public storage to any of my friends or family.

I've used this storage place twice over the years and both times Nola and Chris are extremely helpful polite and always have a smile.

These people raise rates at will ---no notice sent prior to rate change---no justification--they openly admit to collusion to raise the rates--you do not get anything extra with the rate increase

The first one was public storage across the street from Jimmy's Restaraunt on capitol expressway the sign was up I waited 15 minutes and nobody was there ,I left there and and went to the one on Vistapark The lady greeted me as he was exiting the building and said she would be back in five minutes again I waited 20 minutes and no response, left there and headed to my home storage on Mabury I was all the way across town fighting the time limit ,luckily no that was working late and took my payment save the day because I have three storage is at the spot I would've had over $100 in late fees thank you Nola you are the best. No I don't usually write reviews but because it save me lots of money I really do recommend anybody is looking for storage go to the Mayberry Road public storage she's a great person and help you with everything and always has an answer for my question

Nola is awesome! Best customer service I've had in a storage by far. She stayed over 30 minutes to help me out! She has a great attitude and is extremely helpful! I would recommend for her and this storage to anyone!

Great service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nola is very nice and has given me some helpful tips for packing and moving. The facility is always clean and organized. It's also very secure. The property is locked up after 9pm. Rental prices are reasonable depending on the size unit you choose.

Have been coming to this spot since i started with public storage with the help of Nola .. she is awesome always quick in and out service with her.. just a postive vibe all around she will make you laugh within your little 2 minute walk in to pay a quick bill .. Makes you feel right at home ..

I have been using Public Storage (Mabury Rd.) for over a year. I was fortunate to have Nola guide me through the application process. She explained the all the issues contained within the contract with a professional yet friendly attitude. Nola has gone out of her way many times making sure to contact me when my payment was pass due. Whenever I go to my storage unit, I make a point to thank Nola for her effort to contact me. Needless to say as soon as she see me, referring to me by my first name, and scolding me for being tardy with a payment. I have never had a more comfortable association with anyone quite like Nola. (I give her 6.5 STARS)

My name is esther and I have used this property location on and off for a couple years and noticed its always clean and safe i have been there late and dont feel unsafe or am bothered by anyone Mrs Nola has been the one to help me ever since i started using them and i like to see a familiar face. i cherish every item i have put away and i like to know that i have never seen or heard of any problems here. I know my things are safe. The location seems industrial but its really quiet. being safe is always a big thing to me so being alone when i go thats a big plus.

Service at this location is great, employees are helpful and nice. I have rented twice at this location and would defenately rent again. Excellent service.

I run a mobile tool franchise, and this location is a safe, and convenient place to park my truck, and store my inventory. The Manager Nola, and Chris, are both incredibly helpful, and have been quick to accommodate my needs for larger storage units as my business grows. I can't imagine parking anywhere else! at first, I had good experience(old owner) when new owner took over raised rates---no problem except when I requested an explanation (at least 3 times on line) got not even courtesy of any reply---new owner did not even give courtesy of notice-- site does have its problems---traffic does make entry and exit overly exciting that is it is right on an intersection and the traffic is fast and gives no quarter for this entrance inside has some congestion particularly with stored vehicle parking at end of access drives(especially if your vehicle is long) OH!! beware the fine print--- $1 first month is a joke by the time all the fees are accessed you end up paying over 80% of regular month rate ie it is a come-on---gee I wonder why they don't even bother to mention this in their advertising!!??
