I have multiple storage unit here for over seven years and the customer service I’ve had has been amazing lately it’s even better every time I come in I get greeted by Jason and asked if there’s anything we can do to make my experience better. When I go inside to purchase supplies I never get up sold I get helped to making sure I find the appropriate supplies needed for that day. Jason I see you cleaning and making sure everything looks great and I appreciate that it definitely reminds me of why I chose this location

I like the place mostly because of the staff, Jason. I've been thru customer for over 7 years now. Even though I moved from the area and despite of having better price available at the area that I moved in, I still doing business with the branch in this location because Jason provide the best customer service. He is knowledgeable and always provide best solution to my needs.

I keep coming back to Public Storage for it's ease and security. This recent stay has been the best so far. Jason is the best. When I first started setting everything up, I mentioned I had vinyl records to store. Without missing a beat, Jason suggested basement storage to stay away from the heat so the records don't warp (I hadn't even thought of that). Recently, in a rush, I didn't lock up properly. I was promptly alerted by Jason during one of his detailed lock check-ups. The man called me directly to let me know. It's dedication and customer care like this that makes life so much easier. Jason was incredible! I had an awful time with the public storage customer call line and ended up paying for a unit that was too small but because I’d already paid I couldn't change the reservation. The call center person wasn't able to help me and I was at my wits end. It had already been one of those days and I was emotional and stressed and Jason was calm and helpful, and fixed the problem. I am incredibly thankful that he treated me with such respect even as I was a mess on the phone. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Awesome experience. This was my first storage space experience and it was super smooth process. The place was clean, and easy to navigate. There was even a bathroom there which was also very clean. It was also easy to open any doors or anything as the folks running the location were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!

My experience with the customer service over the phone was excellent, though some key information was missed, but tbh I might have not paid attention at the time of the phone call! I've been using the app to access the entrance which is convenient. One time the chain to the access gate was broken & I thought I will be turned around until it's fixed, instead the manager manually opened the gate for me. By the time I was done & about to leave I saw someone checking out the gate (probably for placing the maintenance order).

First time in my life I rented the storage place. I must mention here that Jason was extremely helpful, guided me through whole process. Very professional and efficient. Thank you Jason. keep rocking.

Tiffany has made the process very easy in renting the storage I need. Whenever I have a question, she never seems bothered or hurried. A promotion should be in store for her. The gate app is a great plus as well!

My uncle rented at this location. Was a very smooth process. We were able to rent online which helped with the 6ft distance. They had an app that allows us to open gate from my phone. There are carts available to help us load our items to our unit. Great customer service.

This facility is doing great with this pandemic that is happening. Always wearing a mask, making only one customer in the office. I even saw them cleaning the key pad. I love that I was able to do the self service on my own. It was easy and fast. The manager Cassandra was so helpful. Showing me where my new space was and how everything works at this location. The bathroom is locked due to covid 19 but carts are available to use.

Went searching for good storage place to store my belongings i was not having any luck anywhere went to self storage public storage on east san jose and in milpitas they were just rude and just didnt have patients for me im sorry i like to ask questions on where my belongings will be stored so as i was going to call it a day and try somwhere out of san jose i came to another public storage on santa teresa it looks very small but i wanted to give it a shot and this is why i am doing this review for the young lady cassandra she is one of the best joyful energy just full of life i didn't even want to leave she makes you feel so comfortable and encourages you to ask questions and she even shows you around where your stuff will be stored i never got that great job public storage this location one is off the map #1 your best location. 5679 santa teresa ask for cassandra the manager wonderful young lady. Hello new to this my cousin told me about this storage place is the best and the manager that works there is one of the best so i told her shes full of it let me see for myself and wow she was not playing. My go to place no questions asked thank you cousin for the recommendations .

James was VERY helpful in finding the exact type of unit I needed. Ontop of that, the unit he found for me had a 50% off the first month deal which really made me happy. James then forwarded me to Cassandra who was also VERY helpful in showing me the unit, getting my auto-pay setup and everything sent to my e-mail. Thanks again, James and Cassandra!

Every since I’ve been here for a year and Cassandra has been such a big help. Basement is a great place to be if you do not like heat.

The best price

Their parking area is the actual smallest, but it's not a giant complex. Also, I've never seen more than two or three cars there at a time. I just arrived there for the first time in a 17 foot U-haul and was a bit concerned when I saw it. It went better than I thought it was going to, though. I've been there a few months now. I've not had any problems. I've also never had anything remarkably positive. It's very normal which is sometimes great.

Reasonable, competitive rates for standard storage rooms sizes. Great access hours. Pretty much what you expect to receive in services for what you pay. Simple start up (admin fee and insurance coverage required), some specials available, 10-day grace period for payment. Micheal at the front desk was very helpful.

Went there to find storage and nice sales associate Cassandra helped me and she sold me the right size box for my summer project I was working on. I recomend this place to family and friends great customer service at this public storage and good products for a reasonable price.

Keep in mind that they do no prorate month's rent for the month you leave therefore get your stuff out by the 1st in order to prevent paying a full months rent.

Public Storage, I wanted to take the time and review the property I store at. Specifically the help at the property. Cassandra is the property manager that I deal with and she is always very accommodating and on top things. She calls me promptly when there is a problem with my billing and always answers any questions I have. She is very friendly and polite which is very important with regard to customer service. I have rented from several public storage locations and Cassandra at Santa Teresa is by far the nicest manager I have found. She is always pleasant and has gone beyond the norm to make sure I am a satisfied customer. If you have the flexibility to choose your location, I highly recommend Santa Teresa.

My experience here was jus wounderful... the young lady cassandra was sooo helpfull and soo kind. I will be coming back here.... and it was soo clean.. and thats one of my main concern.

This Public Storage has excellent customer service. Cassandra in the office is extremely efficient, thorough and professional. Both elevators work, the location is very clean and every unit we saw was perfect. Management is top, and it's an incredibly convenient location for anyone on the Almaden Valley.

I stopped by this location to check it out as a potential place to rent a storage space, on Thursday, March 20. Irene was on duty and was extremely attentive to our needs. She was able to answer every one of our countless questions, and did so with kindness and patience. Irene does a great job in serving her customers!

Hands down the best customer service from Cassandra. She was very helpful and attentive to everything i needed. She really knows her stuff was able to answer every single one of my questions. Because of her great customer service i will be getting a storage and i will make sure to let my friends know that if they need a storage then to go see Cassandra.

This is the only storage unit I have ever rented, but the experience has been good so far. Cassandra has been a huge help both on the phone, and in person. I would recommend this Public Storage to family, and friends.

I am by far the worst customer when it comes to the need of service. I always forget my gate combination, I'm late with payment, and ask the same questions over and over but Casandra, the property management rep always treats me with kindness, patience and great service. I always feel welcome and know my storage is safe.
