I signed up for a unit online, but there was a unique issue with it when I arrived. (The door was slightly narrower than other doors.) Got a storage unit in place in less than 10 minutes online, no in person visit required, and was able to have my stuff delivered from out of state a couple of days later!
My movers were an hour late arriving, so didn't finish by the time the gates closed, but the manager let them finish and let us out when they were done! Very friendly and helpful!
Stephanie has been an absolute treasure to work with. Any problem that has come up, she has solved right away and made the process absolutely painless. I can't say enough positive things about how helpful and kind she is. This place is lucky to have her and I always look forward to seeing her when we get things from our unit.

Dump roaches
Website advertised $1 first month and gate access until 9pm. The first wasn't true because this location "isn't eligible for the promotion". First day we loaded up two SUVs to find that this single location only has gate access until 6pm and the office woman turned us away with two full SUVs at 6:02 pm.
Loading then unloading two vehicles the same day was a large inconvenience, but management ultimately apologized for the issues and were able to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.

I mean it's a Public Storage I don't know what deep inner knowledge you're looking for. You manage your own storage, the people who work there are pretty nice. They could really use an on-site dumpster for if someone is cleaning out their thing but that's about it.

Great service and respectful staff. We met with Petra who went out of her way to help us move our stuff into our storage. The facility is automated and has a really convenient process.

This was my first time trying to get a storage unit, and I was very impressed with how friendly and informative the front desk (Coco) was!! She helped me answer all me questions and was extremely helpful! I will be returning to this location based solely on the customer service! Thomas was nice as well!
