Great experience getting a new storage unit. I've used Public Storage severeral times in my life, and Maria is very knowledgeable regarding the property, and gave me very detailed explanation of all of the rules and documentation that I would sign. As well as, signing me up in timely fashion. The property is very neat and clean as well. I previously went to Uhaul storage on Florin road and decided to leave, because the clerks don't know much about the business or the property. Most questions were met with a "I dont know." I would recommend anyone looking for storage to ask for Maria at Public Storage on Pocket Road.

I want to give a special shoutout to Maria who helped me review the storage units. I called in to see the property on short notice - about 30 minutes before closing, yet Maria was patient with me and answered all of my questions. And after learning about my storage needs, she even looked up units at other Public Storage locations and helped me secure a space with the same dimensions I was looking for, but at a much significantly cheaper price! Maria is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and above all else, very considerate. If I ever need storage I would definitely consider coming back to Public Storage because of the staff alone!

We have been renting for several years and Maria has always been so kind and helpful. Its always so plesent to see Maria.

High priced units which increases every 4 to 6 months. RATS ate my leather sofa and ruined clothing in boxes. They ate through electrical cords and boxes. There were dead rats in some of the boxes. My son was freaked out by a live rat that jumped out of one of the boxes he was carrying. Three trips to the dump and $375.oo later I was very disgusted! I took pictures and showed it to the front office. He said "hope you have insurance" there's nothing I can do about it! If you can avoid it, don't use public storage. It's not worth losing all of your belongings.

Went in to pay my bill for my unit in texas and Maria greated me with a warm smile and friendly additued. Will recommend this location to my friends in town.

When you hear someone raving about good customer service you sometimes have to say something. We were in the car when the driver stopped to go into the storage place. We he came back out, he told us about the great customer service someone named maria had given him. What amazed him was that she did not have the size that he needed, but she continued to be polite to him and recommended some of their other locations. He did not want to go elsewhere and said he would rent there if they get the size that he wanted.

Maria and Nikki are gems! I can't tell you the number of times I have driven past this Storage unit thinking some day I would stop in and ask about rates. Instead I looked them up online, found the website to be very user friendly. When I finished reserving my unit, I received 2 phone calls, and was a bit confused. Long story short, some how I ended up making 2 reservations, one at Pocket Rd,, Sacrament and one at Carmichael., CA. I didn't realize it at the time, but when I arrived for my appt. at the Pocket Road facility, they did not have me down for an appointment. Nikki was very friendly, and very helpful, even Thanked me for coming in. She found the error, but the special pricing for the unit I wanted, was not available at Pocket Road. There were no discounts at this time for the unit I wanted to rent. The discount was available in Carmichael, however. But that was not where I wanted to be. Even though I did not have an appointment, Nikki was very helpful and never made me feel like I was taking too much time, as it was close to closing time. She said, "No worries, we are here to answer all your questions, as long as it takes." When Maria came back to the office, she assisted Nikki in finding a comparable unit for me. They were so helpful, and patient, I couldn't believe the Customer Service I received. Puts Faith back into this World! Thank you Nikki and Maria for taking your time and going above and beyond! Public Storage should be ever so Thankful for you both. I have other choices out there, but you kept searching until we both came to a good resolution. Thank you Nikki and Maria! You two are the Best!

When we went to look at our space, we realized it was no where near big enough. Merlinda showed us the next size up available (10x10). Although this unit was far larger than we needed we ultimately decided to go with the 10x10 unit. Merlinda was there on her day off just trying to get some training done, but instead of making us wait for the other manager to come back she stepped away from her training to help us and another client that had come in to pay her bill. Thank you for making our stressful life a little less stressful.

Maria contacted me frequently with updates regarding the availability of the unit I needed. The size I needed (10x15) wasn't immediately available, but she called when one became available. The monthly rental was too expensive for me, so I waited a few days to confirm it and then Maria called me back with a first month rental special that helped me get into the unit I wanted. This location is clean, safe, and the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Great place so far!

We use public storage for our storage shed for Skyhawks, and it is very nice to leave a key with the desk and have our mass amount of shipments be delivered without any hassle or worry of having to be here when the shipments come in for our busy summers. The staff is always available, friendly, and helpful to our needs.

I walked in and had questions about renting a space. 2 girls were extremely helpful and friendly, diana offered me promotions on boxes and maria offered to help me figure out the size of the space i was gonna need. They were both knowledgeable and kind. I will be referring them to friends and family.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the establishment... It was spotless. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by a woman named Maria and she was great. Super professional and friendly. Rates are super affordable as well. I will be renting later this month when I move to the area.

I had been in search for a storage unit close to my house and finally came across this one. I went in and was greeted by a warm welcome from Maria; she was very attentive to my needs and great at providing all the information I needed without me having to ask a ton of questions. I originally intended to rent my storage unit for only a month but because of the affordability, convenience and security, I have kept this unit for almost a year. Maria has been there to assist me with all my needs from the day I started. When I walked in, I was befuddled. I told her my problem and BAM! Within minutes, she set me up with the perfect storage for my needs, at a price I could afford. Being my first experience with storage units, I was concerned about the security of my belongings. My first experience at public storage was great. The manger Skye stayed over time until all our paperwork was finish and we were satisfied with our services. She gave great customer service skills, and kept a positive attitude even though we were there 3 min. Before they were closing she even took us to view our unit. I am in college and my roommate and I got a storage unit here since this past June. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The storage units were very clean. We haven't had any issues with our stuff being there (elements-wise) and we feel like our stuff is safe there.

I want to make this perfectly clear: I do NOT recommend this place. I vacated on August 26th. The guy didn't do his job until Sept 5th and I was charged $94 for September. I have trying to get a refund for a week now. All I get is the run around. Bounced from one phone number to another. Don't do business with this place.
