Had to change my review after my unit got broken into by someone working for the company and nothing was done cause they didn't have cameras to prove anything was taken besides from what I could say was missing they ransacked through everything and the only reason I say someone from the company did it was because there was a whole new lock on my unit that was from the facility and my key didn't work on the new one they used to replace the one the took of originally. So very disappointed.
Website was easy to book my space and app was a great help setting up payment and entry to facility and space.
Wild,wild time trying to get in this place after paying for my unit. There is a digital phone check in system and the women at post was soooo difficult to deal with. Attitude for days. Gave me a gate code that didn't work. Her information was lacking causing me further step to getting in.I was (told) it would be up to 72 hr befor i hear from anyone in regards.
Moving truck in parking lot ready to be loaded into storage and I couldn't get in. It's a day later and I still can't get in. Every timeI call I get forwarded to a voice mail. I still have this truck full of house goods cand its costing me. SMH.

The audacity
I thought this was pretty easy!
At 1st I was worried because there was no one on-site to speak to however they have a remote contact and a real person comes on for “live-chat” and she helped me thru the whole process !
It didn’t take very long and I have already rented a space!

Found a very good deal in Pittsburgh for a 9×20ft. Unit too consolidate 3 other storage units I have. Not too mention that I got the 1st month rent Free! Thanks for your help with obtaining this unit to hopefully saves me about $250 a month! Very Professional staff and Anna followed up Today to make sure everything was OK and I wasn't having any issues. I also like the Public Storage app for contactless opening the gate access is a big plus! Thanks again and I will recommend you to anyone else interested in a better price for storage.
