This was my first experience needing storage. The area is generally kept pretty clean and even has restrooms. It is easy access, close to food and freeways. The staff is ultra professional and friendly. They even have carts to help transport your items from the car to the units. And this is temperature controlled...I left some dry stable food and a plant in the unit while moving living spaces for a week. Everything was still cool and dry! Highly recommended. Awesome experience at the California Drive in Pittsburg. Manager and staff are awesome giving heartfelt customer service. Thank you PS team!!!

Great team, Good customer service. I had a very pleasant experience with Chimere today. I came and didn’t realize I had a bill hike and missed the notice . I was unset because it unexpected , after I paid my current bill Chimere was kind enough to helped me out by finding a temporary lower rate. I appreciate her help me.

Where to start? This has got to be some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a public storage ever - and that's coming from a rather complicated customer.
I visited this location several months ago after scheduling a move out. Long story short, I ended up rescinding the move out however, my lock was already taken off by the time I arrived.I was confused and eventually it was explained to me that a higher manager would have to come out and cut my new key.
Thankfully, this was no issue for me as I was reassured several times that my items were safe. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I'm preparing to move and needed to start planning for my move out. My move out was scheduled for today 7/31/24 and I received a courtesy call reminder yesterday and today. I was able to clear out my unit with no issue whatsoever. the unit was EXACTLY as I'd left it and there were no bugs, tampering, or any other issue.
I would specifically like to dedicate this review to Sea who helped me out BOTH TIMES- and when I say she went about and beyond I REALLY MEAN IT!! The first time, the gate to the facility was having issues all morning and there were other matters that needed to be dealt with and she kindly took out the time to assist me (this includes walking back and forth to my unit on the back of the D building), helping me buy a new key, and explaining what next steps were to re-access my unit. Today, she helped me pick up said keys to the lock I'd ordered before and also explained the move-out process to me.
There was another lady who helped me actually check out at the counter and figure out some other things I had to do at the facility while moving out.
I HIGHLY recommend this facility because they are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their processes.
Should I move back in town and need a storage space, this is 100% where I'll be coming for my storage needs.

The staff at this location were all very nice and helpful. It was my first time renting and thankfully they were very knowledgeable and made renting easy and fast. The explained the app to me and even though I was hesitant about it they showed me how to use it and made it very easy and clear to understand. Yesterday I stopped by to prepare myself to move and rent a storage. Keyniya was so helpful giving me information along with options and also Tyler was kind to show me the 2 different storage. Both parties was great. This is my 2nd time renting out a storage from same location and I have no complaints, the people that works here are professional and great with customer service but mostly very secure.
Best service. I have had no trouble and the staff members are the best here. Sierra and Ana have been so helpful and always ready to help when we need it and they always have the perfect smile when we meet them. I’ll recommend this storage facility anytime. The best I’ve come across. Thank you

10/07/2022 Clean and great customer service both Tylere and Mario were willing to help and answer all questions. I felt comfortable and supported by them. Tylere explained the difference of storages and was able to give me a walk through as well. Very informative. Recommend this PS. Employees seem to enjoy their jobs.
10/8/2022 I had to go back and change unit size. Anna was my CSR and she was just as awesome. She took her time and asked if i wanted a unit near the evaluator and she took her time in reaching. Found one and gave me another walk through. Ive been stratified both times I was there. The energy was still the same!!!

Really a helpful staff. Mario and Tylere helped solve a problem I had and get me the unit I wanted. They definitely went above and beyond. Additionally, the facility is very clean and safe. All the staff seem to take pride in making sure the facility is clean and the customers are safe.

We have a unit on another property and came in this office a minute after they were closed and Tabitha helped us out without worrying about the time. She didn't run and close the door. She was very patient and answered all questions and gave a number to customer service in case we needed more information later. I'm so happy with her service and we need more people like her working with customers.
