Yocasta and all the team at this location have provided me with excellent customer service. The area is very clean and secure.
Im going to start with the negatives because it really does outweigh the positives. This place only has TWO carts available for their entire facility. If you’re storing anything decently heavy you have to wait for a cart for a longgggg time. And without a cart it makes access to my unit useless. Feels like a waste of money. It is usually busy. The staff is nice and they feel guilty about the lack of carts but it’s not them who control access to carts. Dear owner, please get more carts!

Great place, we were moving out yesterday. Moving and fitting everything into a van took a lot longer than expected and Yocasta was very nice and understanding with us since there was only a few things we had to load. Wasn’t mad with us or anything. Just reminded us that we couldn’t get in after this because everything closes and shuts down. So thank you Yocasta for being understanding with us and letting us get everything done 🙏🏼

I recommend Public Storage in Hegenberger, Oakland . I was there on Wednesday. The staff is very attentive , the lady in the office Yocasta was very helpful.
I went to pay my storage unit there i have at a different location it is very convenient close to my job. The staff is great informative and nice especially Yocasta great place
Good storage
Perfect set-up
A week after moving into a storage unit, mine was broken into and my belongings were stolen. It was a small inside unit and they made me purchase and use their lock, which obviously was useless. Public storage has been unhelpful with the police to give them video of the theft so I can't even get a police report number to try to claim anything for insurance. 0/10 do not use this place.
Keisha was the best, she made my experience easy as 123! She is highly knowledgeable about the units & the process. Will definitely be using this storage again, thanks to Keisha!
Employee’s are good moving in was cool but after a few months of having a storage unit was terrible . The reason for that is for one the rent goes up high after a while ,they will notify you a month before the new rent price. The next thing is if you plan on downsizing to another unit and pay with a debit card for reservations threw your checking account then cancel a day before the move in date you will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund. So never again will I deal this storage.
Migdalia makes this place feels like home! Every time I visit she is professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this facility as it’s also clean, cool and property well maintained.
I’m am so proud to say that Keisha made my experience seamless, and simple. The bathroom was clean as well as this facility. I recommend anyone to store their things at this very safe location.
