Ive been here since 2020 it now 2024, and I can't think of a better place to rent from and that all because of Marizol she the best, help me when I first move in and has been helping me ever since. First time to rent a public storage, decided to select this location. I got lost the first time here, was driving around and couldn’t find the stair or knowing what to do. Luckily Marizol was there to guide and provided all directions and made my visit very comfortable and she was friendly. I am now know what to do on my next visit here. Excellent !! Totally enhanced my experiences with public storage.

This location did not have an elevator that people could ride in. The second level was only accesible vía a flight of stairs. For your belongings, there was a freight-only elevator that you are strictly not allowed to ride- even if your things are in it. - You have to run up the stairs to meet your things when they arrive. Needless to say, we had to cancel our contract on the move-in day, and we were not refunded the $29.00 Administrative fee. I've rented storage space in the past. -This was a first.

Set up an appointment had to wait in the heat. Kept knocking and calling. Called the help center they couldn't reach this place either. no one ever came to the door or responded kept going to voice mail who ever works here is not doing their job at all horrible waste of time. *edit if I have an appointment why are you helping other people shouldn't they have an appointment? Because I was told thats the only way to get help. do you guys just schedule everyone at the same time? Worst public storage. should've just went to the Alhambra location

(This location is clean, bright, well kept, and secure. More importantly, the professionalism of Martizol and her knowledgeable assistant Maritza foresters a peace of mind. Although today is my last day here, I would highly recommend this storage facility).

After a year at another Public Storage, I've realized Public Storages are not created equal. I'm fortunate Martizol and Maritza are still firmly in place at this location. I'm compelled to promote this property on account of their high standard and natural balance!

The manager, Ms. Marizol has been working on my all needs for my storage. She did such a professionally wonderful job, especially for my specific issue. My rent for storage had major increase, then, she helped to reduce the rent and it was extremely helpful to continue having storage longer and longer. Having storage is very important to me, but I have very tight budget. So, I was very thankful for her hard work. She is always so nice and friendly, but at the same time, she is so professional, too. If I know whoever needs storage, I would strongly recommend Public Storage, especially Monterey Park where Ms. Marizol is managing because her excellent customer service.
I live a little far but I chose this location in particular because of the friendly and professional staff. Marizol, you made my family feel safe and welcome and 7 months later we are still completely satisfied with our choice because of you!

The people working here are the most unfriendly and least helpful people I ever encountered. They couldn't care less about you!
This company has raised prices and cut hours of access! How does that make sense? I am now scheduled to pay more than $100 more from the time I started a few years ago. No rent control here that's for sure!

The receptionist in the office is very passionate and patient, she helps us to pick the right room based on our need. She explained every fees and terms to us, and she also taught us how to use the app. Even if you’re not influent in English, she used the translator to help you understand what she said. Overally, it’s a very pleasing experience.
The staff here are very nice especially Marisol shes very professional and kind . Shes always working hard keeping the property clean.

This place is great! I rent a space for my mom and everything was as expected. The manager is super nice and patient and helped us with the whole process. I got my key and figured out how it is working in fifteen minutes. Definitely recommended.
This place has raised the cost twice in two years. The first time was roughly $20 which was not so much of an issue but now they are raising it an additional $40. I understand that prices are going up for products that are being shipped because of gas prices but there is no need for them to raise my prices other than their greed. They are so full of garbage and was fed more of it when I spoke with them. No need!
