More imp they are all drive in units and hence makes it easy to store and remove items as needed. Local associates are always helpful. Thank you Stephanie for helping me with my two units. Yesterday I walked into the office needing a storage and she helped me right away . I had seen online that I can do a contactless rental so I decided to stop by to see a storage unit and she was willing to walk me through the rental process and show us how to rent online from my email. It was easy and she is very kind . FYI there is an app for all your account info and openings the gates I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Had kept all my stuff in the unit in November last week and in 10 days it was broken into and goods were stolen and the public storage staff never informed me about this. Came back in march to vacate the unit to find different locks to which the storage staff notified about the break in and asked me to file a police report with stolen items. They dint have any cctv footage, this was probably done by someone who had storage on same floor and there was no security or supervision and no apology for the same.

The access hours worked out perfectly, the location is right off 680 and property is very clean.. Public storage has an app you can access gate through the phone without getting out of your vehicle . I was surprised to have seen her again since last time I saw was back 2020-2021. Beware yall ! I like the place BUT just realized my rental rate went up a whole $58! Went from 170 to 213. No notice whatsoever, no courtesy call, no email notification, nothing ! And DO NOT BE LATE ON PAYMENTS, got a $31 late fee this month🤦‍♀️my first late fee out of the 5months I've been here and its $31. PS will literally make you run for your $.

First rate storage facility! I’ve rented at several storage facilities, including other Public Storages, but this one is the best. They have great monthly rates and I recently moved to an inside unit which is absolutely immaculate. Though I miss my old drive up unit, there are many advantages to the building they recently built from the ground up. I also recently had my keys stolen and management was able to help me gain access and get a new lock without having to pay a locksmith to come onsite. They had me into my unit and saved me a bunch of money. There’s also one staff member named Stephanie who goes above and beyond to keep the facility clean and tidy. I’ve even seen her cleaning up the sidewalks around the property which should be the city’s job. Top rate storage facility and staff!!

CLAUDIA is amazing!!!! One of the other stores no one was answering and there were 3 people waiting in front of me in line. CLAUDIA went out of her way to shut down her location and drive to the other location, to help us out. I have no idea why Public Storage lets us make reservation time slots for when no one is there at the location. If it weren't for CLAUDIA I would have left and found another company. CLAUDIA is bright, hard-working, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by Public Storage. Thank you very much for making me have what could have easily been a horrible time, into a great experience. I sincerely believe that CLAUDIA deserves to be promoted! UPDATE. Great experience despite the initial impression. The staff was great and therfore this public storage gets 5 stars. Made a reservation online and confirmed by a call from the facility. On the day of moving in no one is in the office. My appointment was for 10am.. I arrived at 10:05am to find the office doors locked with door tag stating will return at 9:30am sign. I was in an uhual waiting for 1 hr before leaving.....

All I have to say, this service at Pecten court is phenomenal it is always a pleasure to see Stephanie, Bianca very kind ladies and are willing to help all the time , these ladies always have a smile and don't hesitate to help me, first time getting a storage and im very pleased with my storage .

Great customer service from property manager Stephanie. she answered all my questions and helped us download the public storage app which is helpful to manage account information and open the gate there are carts available, restroom and drinking fountains highly recommend this location. My Parents needed a storage and the girls in the main office gave us amazing service Bianca and Stephanie helped us decide on the size we really needed we were going to get a 10x20 but they explained to us that a 10x15 would fit our items just fine and would save us almost $40 a month ! Thank you so much for really caring about us and helping us save money they really go out of their way to show great customer experience!

I am so happy with the service at this location my grandpa needed a storage unit because he just sold his house and he did not Know where to start with the move . The two young ladies at the front desk Stephanie and Bianca were able to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased with the customer service at pecten court public storage , rental process is super easy. E rental is easy. Climat control únits and out door units are available, they have the lowest price in the are and promotions available.

Excellent Service 5 Star service from stephanie she was able to help me first time needing a storage and was able to show me a few i ended up with a good deal, app is available to open gates and manage account, recommend this location even without a reservation .

I don't usually leave a review , I had to go on here and do this review for this young lady Stephanie. She made our family move go very smoothly we were overwhelmed trying to figure out the size of storage we would need , she was able to show us multiple units , inside climate control and out door drive up units to see what would best suit our needs . She explained the e rental process which is a contactless rental and makes it easy to complete online it is amazing, we got our unit and we were happy to set up Auto Pay that way no payment is late. Property is very clean and looks NEW.Access hours work for us since we get off work early. She is kind and really friendly and made us feel welcomed she mentioned all the security features and was kind enough to help download the public storage app to make our access easy and manage our account. If anyone is looking for items to be secured this is the place to go Great Customer Service , highly recommend this Location !
