Very professional staff at the front counter, super friendly and welcoming. Glad I'm bringing my business equipment to store here. The lot is very clean, plenty of room for a 28ft enclosed trailer and a long bed pickup truck to maneuver the grounds. 1st time I've ever had to use a storage place and these young ladies made it an easy process. EDIT- AS OF APRIL - Really unhappy with a substantial rate increase after only 3 months. Recieved an email about my 2 storage units increasing in costs by 30%. I was under the impression I had a year from move it till rates were adjusted (besides my 1st months promotion). This really leaves me in a bind. Not happy at all.
I dont recommend this Storage Location 👎🏼 They close super early on the weekends - 5pm!
AND WORST OF ALL: You NEED to leave the facilities 1 minute before closing time. Otherwise you'll suffer the consequences! Even if you leave the facilities at EXACTLY at 5:00pm on the dot - you will get a call the VERY NEXT DAY - letting you know that THEY KNOW you left the premises late. And they tell you not do it again and threaten you with a late checkout fee 🤨 They are extremely unreasonable. Very Draconian. ALSO if you are still on the premises wrapping-up 15min before closing - a woman will most certainly show up and reprimand you for not being out yet. It's EXTREMELY ANNOYING! EVERY TIME I visited this place I had a TERRIBLE experience. I have been renting storage units for 25+ plus years, this is the only place that I've ever seen any of this behavior from the staff. It's nuts! I closed-out this storage unit. I did not want to be here - not even another day. I DREADED coming to this location. I was ALWAYS stressed out and in a big rush to get my storage activity done - so i wouldn't have to see THAT woman. Bad hours and bad service. DONT SIGN UP for storage here. Find a place that appreciates your business. I'm really happy to have left this Storage Location. I have moved to another Storage location that has better hours and where they give customers a few minutes flexibility around closing time. This Public Storage place is the worst - dont give them your business. You'll regret it👎🏼

beware: they can change your monthly rate without any reason! my rate went up 39.5% despite the guaranteed low rate they hooked me in with.
also, this location closes early, 6pm, when most other public storage locations close at 9pm.

Thank you Stephanie for helping me with my two units. Yesterday I walked into the office needing a storage and she helped me right away . I had seen online that I can do a contactless rental so I decided to stop by to see a storage unit and she was willing to walk me through the rental process and show us how to rent online from my email. It was easy and she is very kind . FYI there is an app for all your account info and openings the gates I highly recommend.
Worst experience ever. Had kept all my stuff in the unit in November last week and in 10 days it was broken into and goods were stolen and the public storage staff never informed me about this.
Came back in march to vacate the unit to find different locks to which the storage staff notified about the break in and asked me to file a police report with stolen items.
They dint have any cctv footage, this was probably done by someone who had storage on same floor and there was no security or supervision and no apology for the same.

I have to start by thanking Stephanie for all her help. I was overwhelmed trying to figure out my move. This is the first time my family has used a storage. I’m so thankful she navigated us through e rental process and made our move very smooth. First she advised we come in for a location visit to make sure the size would work for our items . The access hours worked out perfectly, the location is right off 680 and property is very clean.. Public storage has an app you can access gate through the phone without getting out of your vehicle . All my account information Is on the app such a great upgraded feature. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a Storage . Staff is very friendly.

Today, Again Stephanie from the pecten ct. location has been extremely helpful from day one that I had moved in back Dec 2020. I was surprised to have seen her again since last time I saw was back 2020-2021. She has not failed to help me when I need help in getting into my storage unit and guiding me in getting another unit to move into. And today she had Sean help me find a new storage unit for me to move into at a better price. Beware yall ! I like the place BUT just realized my rental rate went up a whole $58! Went from 170 to 213. No notice whatsoever, no courtesy call, no email notification, nothing ! And DO NOT BE LATE ON PAYMENTS, got a $31 late fee this month🤦♀️my first late fee out of the 5months I've been here and its $31. PS will literally make you run for your $.
First rate storage facility! I’ve rented at several storage facilities, including other Public Storages, but this one is the best. They have great monthly rates and I recently moved to an inside unit which is absolutely immaculate. Though I miss my old drive up unit, there are many advantages to the building they recently built from the ground up.
I also recently had my keys stolen and management was able to help me gain access and get a new lock without having to pay a locksmith to come onsite. They had me into my unit and saved me a bunch of money.
There’s also one staff member named Stephanie who goes above and beyond to keep the facility clean and tidy. I’ve even seen her cleaning up the sidewalks around the property which should be the city’s job.

CLAUDIA is amazing!!!! One of the other stores no one was answering and there were 3 people waiting in front of me in line. CLAUDIA went out of her way to shut down her location and drive to the other location, to help us out. I have no idea why Public Storage lets us make reservation time slots for when no one is there at the location. If it weren't for CLAUDIA I would have left and found another company. CLAUDIA is bright, hard-working, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by Public Storage. Thank you very much for making me have what could have easily been a horrible time, into a great experience.

Great experience despite the initial impression. The staff was great and therfore this public storage gets 5 stars.
Made a reservation online and confirmed by a call from the facility. On the day of moving in no one is in the office. My appointment was for 10am.. I arrived at 10:05am to find the office doors locked with door tag stating will return at 9:30am sign.
I was in an uhual waiting for 1 hr before leaving.....

My Parents needed a storage and the girls in the main office gave us amazing service Bianca and Stephanie helped us decide on the size we really needed we were going to get a 10x20 but they explained to us that a 10x15 would fit our items just fine and would save us almost $40 a month ! She explained the e rental process which is a contactless rental and makes it easy to complete online it is amazing, we got our unit and we were happy to set up Auto Pay that way no payment is late. Property is very clean and looks NEW.Access hours work for us since we get off work early. She is kind and really friendly and made us feel welcomed she mentioned all the security features and was kind enough to help download the public storage app to make our access easy and manage our account.
