The manager has no sympathy for people like me when I paid every single monthly payment for three years. I came to the storage and I asked the manager to take all of my stuff out of the storage because I couldn’t afford the rent storage. But he forced me to pay it for next month to release my stuff. What the heck kind of the manager did that to me?

TERRIBLE-- DON'T USE PUBLIC STORAGE. The way they take payment is ridiculous. I had originally called to book for a month to take advantage of the $1 for your first month. On the call, my card number was taken, and I assumed they would charge my payment. Later, I found out they charged by the month, and was going to refund part of the month, since my dates were in the middle of the month. They charged me for the full month of August (which I had later called to ask why? this is when I found out about the refund process). I had switch my flight to later in the week, so now my original move out date was a few days later. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR A FULL MONTH FOR ONE EXTRA DAY. This is ridiculous. Terrible storage locker quality as well, not at all what I imagine. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AND I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND.

Just had a great tour by Ernesto first time using the public storage facility out here in Los Angeles. As I’m checking the location I should use for my extra stuff. I now know how the process works when it comes to choosing a location they have multiple sizes u can choose from.

a couple months ago our rent suddenly increased from ~$180 to ~$240... yikes! With staff (Dino's) assistance we were able to successfully apply for rent reduction for a few months. He also suggested strategies like down sizing if our space wasn't completely full after the rent reduction expires. Super helpful!! thanks Dino!

I went today to pay my rent for the upcoming month and was helped by Dino. He was very helpful and also told me about an upcoming rent increase. He also mentioned that there are smaller units available for a lower price. As the increase isn't for two months, I asked about a few of the smaller units and their prices. He was nice enough to look up a few units for me and their rental prices. I now have time to consider if this is a option I want to do. Thanks Dino for the info.

I went in today to make a storage payment for my mom and was assisted by Dino. I received a pleasant and professional transaction from Dino. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome from him. I had a few questions about services and products from Public Storage and Dino answered them patiently and knowledgeably. All in all this was a great experience.

This review is regarding the horrible customer service provided by Quincy. I called to inquire about the different rates and he asked me what date I needed the unit by when I told him I didn’t have an exact date yet he rudely stated “just call back” and hung up the phone while I was still talking. Personally, I would hate to have an employee with this attitude working for my company and it is a major disservice to your clientele.
PLEASE BE AWARE - This location charged me an extra month of storage (after I cancelled in person and online) and now 2 years later I am getting calls from a collection agency lol the elevators did not work and the staff were rude/barely there. Maybe this place has changed but just be aware:)
I had my unit for a little over a year, I never experienced any issues honestly. Parking can be scarce on the inside of the facility but there’s meter parking. The area is a little sketchy but the staff, especially Sebastian keep the facilities clean and safe which I appreciated the most. sad to leave but happy with my experience (:

I came in Monday morning and realized that my unit space was small, for Iwhat I needed to store. I came in an I had Jocelyn help me out. She was very Informed and curtious and helpful!
I told her my situation and right away she got on it and found me a bigger unit for a heck of a price. I was worried I was going to pay an arm and a leg but not to worry Jocelyn had me covered! She went above and beyond showed me the unit walk me through the process and explain the bussiness hours and when my bill was due next. I was very comfortable with the location I chose. I'm definitely got a 5 star service, I would recommend anyone I know to come here. And when they do ill tell them to ask for Jocelyn! She's got your back covered.

I previously had a bad experience at this storage site and I can tell that a lot has change. We were on crunch time due to some last minute changes at another location Jocelyn and Jesus really saved the day. We came around 4:45 and they quickly got us registered and moved in, even stayed a couple of minutes late to make sure we were all good. They turned a very stressful day around in a matter of minutes!!!! Thank you guys so much

Tragically i have t get storage to keep my stuff, Public Stprage on 6th St. is the closest to me. I went there to apply for storage place. Jocelyn or Josephine her name who helped us all throught out the process, her customer service ability is superb, she was very quick in getting things done and very friendly, that smile girl.....and she posses the aura of genuine CSV representative. Going above and beyond to help me as I’m sure exceeds my expectations in customer service, a prime example of a excellent employee always in a great mood . The facility is clean and well kept. I fully trust this location with my belongings under her management.
Moved here since my previous storage is getting demolished. Angie was such an angel, made the process very smooth and no headaches. Went above and beyond to ensure I understand everything, showed me a step by step process with my unit, great conversations, and even allowed me to fully move all my stuff in despite circumstances. I don't know what I can say more of Angie than how you would feel when you have encountered Angie's assistance here at this Public Storage location. I have struggled, I'm sure alongside with many others during this pandemic. In the times I've needed assistance/ someone to communicate well with and help me problem solve or go above and beyond... It has been her.
Her professionalism but also her personal relation skills have lifted me out of some very stressful and sorrowful moments.
I've had a brother pass away, had to leave my job in California, travel to be and help with family across the country all during the pandemic. It has been difficult to navigate at times.
But I have found in those moments, the littlest things count.
The moments when you hear, understand and show compassion... those moments can lift stress out of your body, can lift grief long enough to feel blessed and feel like you can take another step. I truly thank you for all of the heart and mind that you invest in your job. It matters. It's why i keep my memories still in your storage unit there while I navigate getting back on my feet again. You walk the walk and I'm so grateful to have had you as my person there at PS.

HORRIBLE. This place is awful. Closes at such early hours giving you not enough time to get back after work and gather your belongings. Makes trips incredibly inconvenient, and most of the staff are super unhelpful/ don’t allow 5 minutes past closing hours.
Every trip here was a complete inconvenience and nightmare. DONT recommend.
Try changing your hours to times that people can actually visit.

Don't trust the storage prices here. After 5 months, they raise the rent like a thug. It's a unconscionable company that raises the price from $18x.00!to $25x.00. It is a place that raises the rental fee outrageously by taking advantage of the loophole in which it is not easy to take out the luggage once left in it. It is a place where the rent for a storage in the $180 range will increase by $70 in 5 months.A different storage is recommended.
They do the job properly. And that's what is important

{UPDATE} I am a long term customer (almost from beginning). First year was awful because of there was no elevator and we had to wait a long time for workers but in past 2 years every thing was great and I am happy with this facility. Just prices are going up and it is understandable because price for everything is going up. So i am gonna change my review to five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the workers are nice and I am happy. Just do something for the rent! Thank you

Without connectivity and the ability to share knowledge of how things all accumulated over a 2 year period of self imposed isolation as perscribed by the government and health associations hard pressed to come to a solution to the development of yet another episode of the last plague, AIDS, like many others details of identity theft and major infringements on the disabled, eldely and retired, such as I became mute as the opportunists, sharks among all societies made an unfortunate situation a positive in many ways for the unseen and too long and far too often overlooked to be given a rare window of opportunity to have what the have nots would never have had ... Life, artificial happiness and the freedom to just be happy for once.
There are no negatives merely voices unheard, lifestyle never known and from time to time a chance to make a difference and make a world happen that in many immature but real ways was not allowed to happen because of power, money and a lack of choices or parenting.
I met a wonderful woman that manages Public Storage on Wilshire Blvd near 6th Street that has become more than a business association, she is my sunshine and as a retired professional born in 1964 and retired from a life of too many business ventures, self made, entrepreneur and everyday recration of self, I can say she should be far more than manager, board members and regional supervisor would be a placement suggestion from me, Rodney Williams, now homeless, very stable, mother to most, spiritual healer to all and the best damn connection to know from Newark City Halls straight through Jimmy Carter, the Marines, blah, blah, blah, Putney Vermont, email c. Gratitude to Italy, Get many, Russian hospitality, Armenian tradition and on and on.
She is the bomb and we both have super cool dimples and I'm going to give her the biggest squeeze hug ever after I have moved on to my new real-world estate address. I am presently in the absolutely best place ever, Thank you Path, Weingart and all the workers there, I appreciate you and your tolerance, it's not easy being around cra ky old men.
